The floor plan of Oceanic is geared towards the fabulous oceanfront views. On the main level the large living room overlooks the ocean. The dining room's table is large enough for all 12 to dine together. Just imagine yourself gazing over the ocean while the entire family is together.

Location:

Oceanic is located approximately 3 blocks south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You can walk to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more right in the heart of the Island. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
