“Great LA location, beautiful house and perfect for families. The house was exactly as described/pictured and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, with new Nespresso and other appliances. The beds were all comfy and the house was spotlessly clean. The pool and pool area proved a huge hit - especially with the four family teens we had with us. “Really nice hotel but can’t really see why anyone would like to stay in this part of LA unless your doing business in downtown or have friends to visit there like I had. Downtown LA is not a place to be for tourists if you want to see the best of LA. I felt completely safe though on hotel premises, in my single room I had a safe for my valuables and during day time it is of course safe to walk around on the streets nearby but of course keep out/away from the Skid Row area with all the tents....
