“My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

“Property was exactly as described. Very clean. Family friendly. A perfect home from home for us, grandparents, son, daughter-in-law and 9 month old baby and small elderly dog.Lovely warm and welcoming house. Cot, high chair and baby bath provided. Dog treats, blanket, towel and toy an added bonus.Lovely sized garden with lots of plants, flowers and birds. Great to look out onto the garden and watch from the kitchen diner and snug room.”

“Property well located for access to Anfield and Goodison. Guaranteed street parking on match day is nice (well, permit). It is multilevel so be aware of that (and the stairs were a bit steep for my 80 yr old mom ,but she managed). Only thing we would have liked flto see different was the heat to be turned on the day we were arriving since the house was quite cold and took til the morning to warm up (we arrived at night). But would recommend to friends.”

“A good place to stay for a great price, it's right on a main road so it is noisy but that's nothing a pair of earplugs wouldn't solve. it was warm, comfortable and clean. will definitely stay here again.”

“It was advertised as a two bedroom but when we arrived which was annoying. Although they couldn’t accommodate us for a two bedroom The first evening they did move us the next morning, were really helpful and refunded the night on the sofa for one of us!! I think properties at the front are pretty noisy but when we moved it was much quieter. Staff really helpful and apologetic about the mix up. Would recommend here for folk as somewhere really handy and it’s clean and bright. ”

"We arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful. The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV. The location was perfect. It was very central and right around a lot of bars and restaurants, but you couldn’t hear anything from outside if you were in the room. Overall we really loved the Resident. And we are definitely coming back!"

"Det var en väldigt fin vistelse. Hotellet ligger nära allt, speciellt centrala liverpool, det är också nära till tågstation och bussar som kan ta dig runt staden. Rummet i sig var fräsch, stor och var perfekt storlek för två personer. Det som var mindre bra var att vi bodde på bottenvåning vilket innebär att vi inte hade fönster, och att det kunde lukta lite instängd efter att man hade lämnat rummet i några timmar. Personalen var trevliga, hjälpsamma. "

"The photel is a old office or parliamentarian building, so it's kinda weird to walk the hallways to your room. When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online."
