This huge 4 bedroom (+ second living area), 3 bathroom, 2-story house is perfect for a family getaway! Nestled in the woods, it has plenty of privacy. This fully furnished house has everything you need to gather with family and friends. There is a private sunroom off the master bedroom, a large deck on the main level and a second deck on the downstairs level. Located only 2.3 miles from the Balboa beach, you will be able to take advantage of the beautiful white sand beach as well as boat and kayak rentals!

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone! 

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates-Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in. 


The world-famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:

The house was great and the host was outstanding. Will definitely look at this property if we come back to Hot Springs Village.

July Family Stay

The property overall was fine, but we did have a couple of issues. The internet wasn’t working at all when we got there, but the property manager was immediately available and kept working with me and the internet provider until it was resolved. The temperature in the house was inconsistent from floor to floor and room to room. The system turned off completely (probably a timer) while we were out during the day and it was pretty warm when we returned but it cooled down quickly enough. The fridge wasn’t cold at first but did finally chill down and they sent a handyman to check it out. He was really nice and cleaned the coils and intake to make sure it would stay cold. The house was well equipped and had plenty of towels, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils ,laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. It’s a good layout for a big group especially with three bathrooms. The littles in our group loved playing in the sunroom. The teens and young adults chilled in the basement, and the adults stayed mostly upstairs. We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again.

Great house and terrific host!

The house was awesome and the host was terrific. We had 8 guys there playing golf and everyone had a great time. The house was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. Hope to stay there again.
