“The room was not properly prepared when we checked in. No soap, wet towel, dish sponge, missing utensils.. none of these were restocked. all these made me think they didn't even thoroughly clean the room before we check in?
Parking is $13 per day which doesn't seem reasonable given that there are plenty of space and the area is not like downtown where it is tight for parking, not is it like gated or secure...”

“Stayed here for one night before traveling back to Sweden. It was ok for one night, quite ordinary. One thing that was different here compared to all other hotels we stayed on our trip was the amount of waivers++ that had to be signed out which I found a bit strange.”

“If you are booking through the third-party red roof in Addison does not care to give you one of their cleaner upgraded newest rooms… if you do not book with them directly, they will most likely put you in the back of the Motel where rooms are full of roaches and carpets smell like pee. Unfortunately, when we request to move the magically seem to be fully booked for the night, but this is not the first time this has happened to us. “The place is a dump. I thought I read it was recently renovated but that is false. 1 guy tried to charge me $30 for my dog and another $20, when the website clearly states $15. My room smelled. I asked for 2 beds and they gave me 1. The hot water to the sink didn't work. The furniture was all chipped and scratched. The reading light on the wall didn't work. The rooms are painted circus yellow. The only positive was that the bed was comfortable.”

“Room was clean. However, the shower was very cold. And they did not give me towels as I requested. Their pool stunk really bad and staff was rude. Only one of the individuals that works there was very nice and I can’t remember her name at the time but all the other staff members were very rude and inconsiderate and treated me and my daughters like we were an inconvenience whenever we needed new towels or soap and shampoo. I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I'm not saying this because I'm upset which I am, I'm stating the fact. The room has no privacy, you need to have to close the curtain to make the room completeky dark or show your room to pass y through the window. Fridge doesn't work. Ranch Hood doesn't work. Toilet leaking constantly. The whole kitchen cabinet and drawer have been flooded badly. In the restroom countertop, there was a cockroach running. The bath tub was in ust disgusting...
