“Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“One of two elevators broken our whole visit. Floors in halls and rooms filthy. Maid service didnt come on the day they were supposed to. Towels worn, bed extremely sagging and pillows old and lumpy. Fan in the bathroom was closed off. This hotel is in desperate need of updating and renovation. Very disappointed!”

“For starters the carpet in the entire hotel was very dirty. But what was worse, was the shower. The water temperature would go from freezing cold to scalding hot without touching the knob. You had to time getting ing the water like a game to not get burned or ice bath. The air conditioning was also weak and the room temperature never got below 75 degrees.
They had the audacity to demand $500/night for this very dated and updated hotel.”

“The most disgusting place I've ever been. There were no locks on outside doors, our room door showed "no smoking" but there were many cigarette holes on the sheets and blanket. There were no tiles, the bathtub was gross, the furniture was falling apart, there were holes everywhere, wires were sticking out on the ceiling, and we couldn't wait to get out, even if it meant no return of funds.
