Fjällstugor i Houston

“Vi var nöjda och hållet höll vad dem hade lovat”

“The pictures are not at all like the actual property. It’s very outdated. Has a really bad old musty smell. We had to unfortunately check out a few hours after checking in. I have stayed at many hyatts. I am surprised the chain actually claims this place. We ended up changing hotels to tue Hyatt Galleria. That property was heavenly after experiencing this. I will say the staff at Hyatt Houston West are very helpful and kind. 5 stars for the staff, just not the property.”

“This was our second time staying at Kozy each time was great except for breakfast couldn’t get my waffles. Room was great staff was great.”

“It was all good for an airport hotel, what you can expect”
