Brunswick Beach Cottage is a characterful seaside home just two minutes from Hove seafront, cafés, pubs and independent shops. With your own private front door and everything within walking distance, it is perfectly placed for an easy coastal break.

This is a much loved family property, best suited to families with children and short stays.

The Space
The open plan living area is bright and sociable, featuring a striking arched ceiling (as seen on Grand Designs Indoors), Smart TV, sound bar and flexible lighting for cosy evenings after a day by the sea.
This is a period home with charm and personality rather than a hotel style finish. If you value location, space to gather, and being steps from the beach, you will love it here.

Important: Two of the beds are shorter junior beds and access around one double bed is limited. The layout works very well for families with children but may not suit groups of unrelated adults expecting equal sized beds.

The cottage is thoughtfully set up for families and includes toys, books, Duplo, dolls’ house, play kitchen and space for children and teenagers to relax.

Hove Play Park is 5 minutes away and the beach is just at the end of the road.

There is no on site parking.
Seafront pay and display parking is available nearby (approx. £12.40 per 24 hours).
Reserved spaces nearby are approx. £15 per 24 hours.
Free parking is available further out (around 20 minutes walk).

There is no washing machine, so the property is best suited to short stays rather than extended visits.
