Summary:
This home is a unique place for Friends, Family, Teams and Companies to gather, bond, relax and make incredible memories. With a massive property on the Red Cedar River and a pond out front; with an indoor pool, sauna, fitness Center, two hot-tubs, a movie theater and plenty of places to sneak away, this is the perfect place to truly get away!

With over 7,000 of indoor space, 3 kitchens, 7 bathrooms, beds for 20+, 2 fireplaces inside and two firepits outside, there is plenty of space to roam and connect with others.

With adequate sleeping for 20+, you will be fully rested for each day of your stay.

And you may need that sleep to make sure you are at your best when competing in all of the classic board games, card games, ping-ping, billiards, frisbee golf, bucket golf, over 400 arcade games, cornhole, darts, pool basketball & volleyball, and so much more!!!

Fun home for a family gathering

We had a family of 11 adults and several tiny kids. I have to say, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the massive kitchen island and well stocked cooking and dining supplies served us well.The pool was amazing and the slide and basketball hoops were a big hit. We loved that plenty of pool towels, goggles, balls and other pool toys were provided.The yard had lawn games provided and plenty of room to spread out as well as enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. I did make the owner aware of apparent poison ivy under the play structure so I'm sure that'll get taken care of.

DREAM STAY FOR OUR FAMILY!!!

If you are looking for a Dream Vacation, Family Time, Personal Time, look no further. Todd place was no less than being perfect. It had everything you can imagine. To start with the floor plan of the house is amazing. Its very planned that it can accomdated large group of people. The finishing quality of all the washrooms, kitchen is beyong amazing. There are so many activities in the house that you cant get bored. Pool is very well mainted with toys, slides and jaccuzi. It has enough seating space to acccomadte and relax. Property is very large and we didnt get any complain about the noise either. Ample amount of Parking as well. Last not the least, TODD is an amazing amazing HOST. His communication is to the point and is always available to accomadate any request you make. We will visit again :) we are taking away lots of memories with our family

Family Easter Vacation

This home is officially our favorite vacation home for our whole family (18 of us). From the swimming pool, to the pool table, the video games, movie room, chef's kitchen, the choices were endless for every one of family members. The host was incredibly responsive and checking on anything we needed. Thank you so much for allowing our family to come together and actually relax!

Excellent Family Vacation Location

This home was amazing, the listing mentioned a load of things to do and it did not lie. The kids and adults went from pool, corn hole, frisbee golf, karaoke, ping pong, and on and on. The outdoor fire pit was used every night along with the hot tub. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large family meals. The owner was quick to respond to all our questions. I highly recommend this home.
