Hotell nära Hue

“Clean and well maintained. Pool was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful although there was some miscommunication. We had accidentally left a document at reception and staff member gave it to another party, assuming that we knew each other simply because of our skin color ! We are from totally different countries and do not speak the same language. Never got our document back.”

“The pictures look much better than the reality. The hotel is old and worn out. The service was the most disappointing thing though. I understand the worn out furnitures etc due to the climate and general state of hotels in the area. But the service was poor. Would barely help with restaurant reservations - and when going down to reception to get help, the man working got annoyed I came down for help. He even told me to talk to the restaurant myself and handed me the phone from reception....

The property is immaculate and looked after with love from the staff, rooms were huge and the views were just magical. The restuarants were all outstanding, but The Lagoon restuarant stood out the most..... but was it a burst of mind...
