“Detta hotell har nog den finaste utsikten i Franska Polynesien. Det ligger avsides på en egen ö. Det finns inte någon anledning att resa till huvuden, man kan bara slappna av. Stranden är perfekt. Maten är bra, men dyr. Vi har inte åkt till huvuden för att äta, det tar tid och så finns det myggor på kvällen. Låna gärna den polynesiska kanoten, den är bekvämare. Du har fina koraller mellan sjöhusen. Räkna inte med stor underhållning på kvällarna.”

“It is a fantastic place, we had an overwater bungalow with pool and it was amazing. The only thing we didnt like that there was no small dishes to eat during lunch such like an omelette and the cost for a lunch was to expensive. They should have different price levels during the day. We ate at the fine dining and it was marvellous.”

“This property is absolutely breathtaking! The staff was incredible. They were always available and super friendly. The room was very clean, and the air-conditioning worked amazing. I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. They have paddle boards, kayaks, towels, and umbrellas to rent. I highly recommend this resort. ”

“Stayed in sunset overwater bungalow. Worth the money. Great facilities. Best breakfast buffet in my life, seriously. They had everything and then some, in HIGH quality. None of these bulky buffets where the taste is mediocre. Here, everything was amazing. Coral garden was ok. Stand up paddles were good. Jet ski tour was loads of fun. Service was top notch.”

“This property is gorgeous. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They ordered a taxi for us from the Ferry to the property. They also woke up in the morning and cooked us a home meal with fresh coffee. We did not stay long, but the time we did spend here was very comfortable. ”

“Our bungalow was charming and came with most things that we needed including in the kitchen. They have a washer which also came in handy. The hosts Regina and Alain are accommodating and welcoming, making you feel as if you are family. They will make suggestions for activities and Alain even took us to a snorkeling spot and another time to a garden. They are the kindest hosts we’ve ever had.”

“We had the most fabulous day at hotel Eden this past weekend. The staff are amazing. Solenn is a great hostess and so friendly and accommodating. Fabrice cooked us some amazing meals that we will remember for a very long time. In fact, he caught some of the fish in the water right outside our bungalow and we had it for supper. Celestine was an amazing masseuse and I had a very relaxing massage and salt scrub, listening to the waves as I drifted into sleep. The trip to this private island was the...

"The pictures look much better than the reality. The hotel is old and worn out. The service was the most disappointing thing though. I understand the worn out furnitures etc due to the climate and general state of hotels in the area. But the service was poor. Would barely help with restaurant reservations - and when going down to reception to get help, the man working got annoyed I came down for help. He even told me to talk to the restaurant myself and handed me the phone from reception. Moreover, their restaurant staff does not speak english very well. He would not understand our questions regarding the fish and how it was cooked (pregnant wife) and seemed to get annoyed/frustrated by our questions. Simply no warmth in this hotel from the staff. The only time the service was (or seemed) good was during check-in when they explained everything and told us they were there for us and to come to them for any kind of questions or requests. But saying it is different than actually doing it. The waters by this property is not the best either. Only good thing is that Matira public beach is nearby. I would not come back to this hotel honestly. Our next stay at the Conrad was MILES ahead in terms of service (not even comparing the facilities). "
