“We stayed for one night before flying out from IAH airport. It only took 15-20 mins to the airport. For this it was ok, but would not want to stay longer. It is located right next to the highway and frontage road(?). The door had a rather big gap underneath it and the road nose was very loud the whole night. The room was supposed to be a non smoking one but out stank heavily of cigarette smoke. Cleanliness was on and beds were decent but overall the room was very worn down with a broken...

“This place was ridiculous. When I arrived I went to room 219, the room television didn’t work. They moved my room to room 321 that toilet was clogged. I ordered pizza for my kids and they put me in a different room due to the toilet being clogged. They put us in room 217 I put the pizza on dresser and went to the restroom it was a roach on pizza box and on the wall. I was over it. The room did not have a phone to call down to the front desk. When I called off my cell phone and explained to her...

“Great at check in. Even if I was a little late in the early morning. Staff was amazing. Nice room. Good water pressure in the shower. AC works well. Didn't go well for the morning shuttle but I Chalk it up to bad luck. I will be coming back for my next trips for sure.”

“There was NO AIRPORT shuttle service! I did not stay there at all. Their service only worked from 7 am to 7 pm so was of no use to me at all. I need a refund!!”

“Everything was great and hotel staff is wonderful and very helpful and accommodating when it came to parking. The only complaint I would have is there is not a lot of parking and we have a truck and trailer. But the front desk worker(might be the manager I didn’t get his angel or anything) was super understanding and helpful when it came to figuring out parking.”
