“A clean house with very good amenities. Beds are firm and good. It's spacious and well equipped. However, there were many problems due to poor maintenance. First, the door Yale lock worked erratically, it took many tries to open the door most of the time. We were locked out several times, and had to try to open the lock for more than 20 times before it worked. On the last morning, the lock just failed completely, we were locked out in the rain for more than 1.5 hrs with all of our suitcases...

"The reception employees were not service minded during check in and out. I arrived at 11 am and asked about the possibility of early check in (anytime before 15:00 even paid for). The receptionist asked for my name and once I gave it, the reply was No, it's fully booked even though: - he didn't even check. - a couple that he helped before me got to check in. - when I came back in the evening and asked for a floor fan, the evening receptionist said he'd look for any available in the "unoccupied rooms". Concluding that morning receptionist lied and the hotel wasn't actually fully booked. "
