** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL WILL BE SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our home. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 16 guests.

**This house is not wheelchair accessible.

**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the home. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

**We provide regular and decaf coffee for the drip coffee machine. We do not provide K cups for the Keurig machine.

**No firearms permitted inside the house.

** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.
