“We spent a long winter weekend at Lake Indian. The cottage is very cozy, functional for a group of up to 8, in a bucolic setting with wonderful views of the mountains. When we came in the evening the thermostat was on low and the house was very cold. Temperature outside was around minus 15 F. first night was spent under several duvets. He is updating the entire property for all his visitors to enjoy. We will be back to relax in fourth lake. “A fantastic place! Beautiful and immaculate. Super quiet location, screen porch overlooks the yard area and pond/ wetland. Well equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and basics like oils and spices. Cookies greeted us on arrival :)”

“We are season pass holders for the three NYS mountains and are regular visitors the area. We also travel with our dogs. The place as was advertised and clean - you wouldn't know pets stayed there. Plenty of room. Good place to stay for groups of 5 to 7.”

“We came to Loon Lake region for a family wedding. The owners were amazingly accommodating for a special need. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for seven adults and an infant. The dining table was large and comfortable. The screened in porch sealed the deal for us - plenty of seating at two tables.
