“GREAT place to stay especially for a couple. Mostly secluded and private, set in a peaceful and beautiful wooded area. All the amenities needed (except a bathtub or dishwasher, but you won't miss them!) in a unique "shipping container" converted into a small but very enjoyable "mini house" to stay in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a peaceful getaway. We plan on returning again soon. Thanks, Allison for a great, memorable experience!”

“This was a great stay for the 4 nights I was in Indy. Max was a great host and quick to respond with every question I had (I bugged him a LOT) and with a great attitude. The place has everything you need and is quiet and relaxing. Oh, and, the bed is amazing! The outdoor area is a nice added bonus. You will not regret booking this place.”

“Great Place We stayed there because it was pet friendly. Our dog ended up not joining us but the property was great... Warm and comfortable.”

“This property was exactly as described and more! The owner added special touches such as a welcome basket with a few snacks and waters. Provided coffee, small creamer cups, shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher/laundry soaps and more! All the items you would need in the kitchen, such as pots, pans, Tupperware and even ziplock baggies. These were all nice extra touches. The location is great and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were all very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Communication from the host was great! All amentities were amazing and location cant be beat! I would definitely stay with this host again in the future. ”

“House worked out well for us. When we return to Bloomington, we would stay here again.”

“The nearness of accessing the downtown area and architectural treasures. I parked next to the famous library across from the property and walked everywhere. The visitor center where we took 2 tours is a block away.”

“Property was great and was exactly what it showed it to be. Great stay”

“My son and I stayed in the villa for four days when we were in town for sports tournament. It is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. The villa was clean and very well maintained. We had no problem checking in. We had access to the grill in the neighborhood, and the kitchen has nice pots and pans, cutting boards and dishes. If you are planning to cook, might want to bring along a few things like cooking spray, saran wrap or foil, measuring cups and spoons. There is even a small...

“Communication would be my biggest complaint. Called phone number given in the afternoon of the day before check-in with a couple of questions. There was no one to answer the phone and no one ever called back about my questions. This was the second year that we could not get into the house. Have no idea what the problem was but both times we were able to get help. The house was not as clean as we would have liked. Our family did have a great time. It is a big house with lots of room for a...

“Pool and hot tub are amazing swings and basketball are in the shade !”

“The stay in the trolley car was such a unique experience. It was so modern on the inside and the outside was amazing from the relaxation of the fire pit to the nature hikes around the property. I highly recommend this for a fun getaway. The host was extremely helpful and very prompt in communications.”

“Great space with a beautiful pool! The landscape is a bit overgrown which made the parking and pathways a bit difficult but the rest of the property is spectacular! Truly enjoyed.”

“Perfect for taking our son back to Purdue for the semester”

“The house was nice, very clean. Very family friendly. I would just add kitchen towels and oven mittens and garbage bags.”

“The house and area are great to stay in.”
