Great Place to Stay Near Yellowstone

Bill’s Island was quiet and cabin was what we expected. It was worth the 30-40ish minute drive to the west entrance of YNP. Communication with the property management company was quick. We even were able to get kayaks delivered to the gate & kayak around the island a bit! Very nice area & would recommend.

Yellowstone Trip

Great cabin out of the way

This cabin was located in a gated community. There were probably 100 homes on this island surrounded by Island Park Lake but the property was tucked away and very private. The cabin was as described and clean and had everything we needed for the weeks stay. Check in was super easy and We appreciated the quick response when we had a question on Sunday evening. We'll be back!

Property good, check in not so much

Property well maintained and as described. Check in process was challenging as the service sent instructions to a different property which confused the process. This is a known problem with their system, which they explained after the fact. Frustrating after a long day of travel.

Charming cabin

What a great little cabin! It was so charming and cozy and perfect for our family of three. We came for a long weekend for some end of summer fun. We visited Yellowstone, only about a 40 min drive, fished and hiked. We weren’t able to find beach access from the island (we didn’t look that hard) but found a great little spot by Cafe Sabor just about 10 min down the road. The cabin was serene and inviting and we made lots of great memories. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed and the appliances worked great. (We didn’t try the washer/dryer.) We wanted to have a fire but it never got quite cool enough- I guess we’ll have to come back! I’m sure it’s so magical in the wintertime! The only thing that would made it more perfect is if we could have brought our fur babies

Cozy Cabin

Very clean and well maintained! All the amenities we needed. Very comfortable. True, there's no air conditioner but we were there at the end of June and actually used the heaters, it got so cold at night! Right on the lake and close to kayak and jet ski rentals. Close to Yellowstone, 2 hour drive to the Grand Tetons. Many state parks with hiking trails nearby. Super location!
