“Es war alles wunderschön, besser noch wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig man hat viel Platz und div. Möglichkeiten im Garten im Schatten oder in der Sonne zu sitzen. “We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely.”

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Campi di Sotto! Sara et Simone sont des hôtes charmants et attentionnés. Le contact est facile et très agréable ! L'arrivée au gîte se fait de manière simple et Sara donne tous les détails utiles. Le gîte correspond à la description et aux photos... mais en mieux ! Difficile de ne pas tomber sous le charme de cette magnifique bâtisse et de ses extérieurs tellement magnifique. Et que dire de la piscine ! Bref notre semaine en Ombrie fut magique....

“Complete tranquility in the Italian countryside. Cecilia, our host, met us to show us the way to this amazing country house, full of character which had everything you could possibly need. She had also bought shopping for us which was so appreciated when we arrived early evening after a long day travelling. Perfect location near the train line to Rome and plenty of shops and restaurants is the neighbouring towns. Plenty to do at the house though, the pool was amazing and also the table tennis...
