"Hotel Niwa is probably the best hotel I lived in. The room was cosy and well planed. There were two different kinds of pillows so you could choose the one who fitted you most. There were three types of gardens you could sit and relax in, very green and lovely. There were washing machines and vending machines on two floors. The staff was very professional yet familiar. I miss this place. "

Vänligt bemötande och bra service. Allt detta till ett väldigt bra pris i Tokyos mycket trevlig stadsdel Ueno. Bra utbud av caféer och restauranger i närområdet."

"Fantastic service and a high sense of quality in every little detail. We truly appreciated our room and the top-class level of service. The view from the room was amazing, and everything was clean and tidy. The only negative thing I can think of was a few stray hairs in the bathroom and bathtub. But it didn’t bother us. We were very satisfied with the entire stay from start to finish. It’s located close to many shops, the train station, restaurants, and also near the beautiful Koishikawa Korakuen Garden."

"Ett hotell med utmärkt läge men trots det väldigt tyst på rummet. Lätt att checka in och ut. Hjälpsamma med både bagageförvaring och vidare sändning av bagage till ett annat hotell. Massagestolen var väldigt skön efter många 1000 steg under dagen. Duschen hade bra tryck vilket ofta inte är fallet."
