It has a separate library and a laundry room so you can freshen your clothes without spending a fortune. The staff are lovely and very helpful. "Allting var bra men vi missade att gå till Hot Spring pga vi missförstod receptionisten när vi frågade om öppettider och vi trodde var stäng när vi kom och öppet dagen efter from kl 10 men det var stäng då så vi checkade ut där utan provat Hot Spring annars frukost var gott och trevliga personalen som försökte deras bästa att hjälpa oss och förstår oss med engelska språket. Kommunikation är väldigt viktigt så man förstår varandra. "
"Hotel Niwa is probably the best hotel I lived in. The room was cosy and well planed. There were two different kinds of pillows so you could choose the one who fitted you most. There were three types of gardens you could sit and relax in, very green and lovely. There were washing machines and vending machines on two floors. The staff was very professional yet familiar.
