“The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed.
My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. ”

“Umbral Hilton provided comfortable, high-quality accommodations. The area is safe for international travellers with key landmarks such as The Zocalo, Bellas Artes, and The Cathedral within a couple of blocks. Meet-up options for tours are also close by, although it often made more sense to walk a few blocks to grab our Uber because traffic is slow. No big deal, but wearing comfortable shoes is a must.
Food options are plentiful, readily available, and steps away: 24-hr Taqueria Los Cocuyos...
“The box beds are great, really secure. They also have lots of daily walking tours and activities. The main downside is you need the window open and the street is noisy. This didn’t bother me but if you need quiet, this wouldn’t be it. I loved my stay and would love to go back.”
“The hotel is located in a brilliant spot. Easy access to shopping, the big square, the Mirador, museums, food etc etc. Easy to take a Tube/taxi to other areas. Staff friendly, reception, restaurant and cleaning services but the hotel is a bit "tired". The water pressure in the shower was extremly low, the floor in the room not wet wiped very well and the quality of the breakfast left things to wish (one beeing that scrabled eggs etc not hot). Slept alright and wi fi was working good.”

“La ubicación es excelente, está muy cerca del Palacio de Bellas Artes, cerca del Barrio Chino y a pocas cuadras del Zócalo. Hay varias opciones para comer cerca, además de que el hotel tiene su propio restaurante. La habitación era espaciosa, sin ruido, y todo muy limpio. Estuvimos muy a gusto en el hotel.”
