And the lovely Ms Kim at the front desk instantly made me feel welcome, like I was the one person she'd been waiting for. Such a lovely & lively woman. ”

“The carpet in the room was stained and the bathtub/shower were rusty by the overflow drain. However, the bed was clean and comfortable. The staff and continental breakfast were excellent. ”

“We stopped late in the night as a half way point on our trip back home, just to sleep. At the time, there was no hot water, but that didn’t bother us because all we wanted was sleep and to get up the next morning and get on the road. We could shower at home. The receptionists were sweet— checking in and out. Speaking for room 109: Nice, big room. VERY comfortable beds! I would book here again, but I’d call first. ”

“Originally had our room of a 1 BR mixed up and not available had us in a 2 queen room. Talked front desk & they had no 1 BR available. Was going to cancel but decided to wait & see if they did anything next day. They rearranged their reservations the next day & moved us to the room we had reserved. Anyone can make a mistake, it is how it is corrected that counts and they corrected their error. Great front desk staff. Many restaurants nearby. ”
