“Checked in and the entire lobby just has a weird smell of food. Got to our room and we had NO hot water. Reported to the front desk who had their maintenance come and said a fuse blew on the hot water heater. We just drove 8 hours and all my kids needed bathed. And were forced to take cold baths. After an hour the water was still cold and I was like "you'll just have to be patient" it was like midnight. The toilet paper smelled like cigarettes and there was no stopper for the bath tub. ”

“Upon entry of room, a strong odor of wet dog was present. Weren’t able to open windows for fresh air. Asked for a different room and request was denied. If the hotel is going to be pet friendly, perhaps only certain floors or rooms should be as the turn around time for cleaning rooms is not enough time and the smell just doesn’t come out. ”

“The hot tub was not hot enough and another guest had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. A young child had to go and clean up the towels that were left after a party as other guests didn’t clean up after themselves as for breakfast in the morning I went at 7:15. There were no scrambled eggs only two cinnamon rolls, no sausage gravy and only one type of milk. The breakfast area started at seven. It was not crowded when I got there and I even mentioned this lack of stocking to the front...

“The room was not clean. Very dirty floor. Looked like it had not been swept or mopped in a long time. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was not much to write home about.”
