âEverything is good except the so call "firm" pillows on bed are still too soft for us, giving us a pain in the neck after waking up in the mornings. Excellent services provided at check in, breakfast lounge and room cleaning. Appreciate the effort.â

âLocated in the older part of JB town. Near City Square, JB Sentral and CIQ. Lots of food options. Only complain is that the bed is too soft and there isnât a hair dryer in the room. Itâs a quite stressful unloading luggage if arriving by car because the one-way street is very narrow and no other vehicles can pass your stationary vehicle. Although there is a huge police station just down the street, walking around at night didnât feel safe.â

âThe unit was great and has beautiful decor. Clean, neat and nicely furnished. Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. It became crowded with the electric appliances having to place or crowd near the adaptor. And not enough utensils like plates and bowls.
