Mycket bra hotell och service

Parking was close. Direct elevator. Staff was friendly and location was great (right outside metro/train station). We didn’t have the breakfast.

Mycket trevligt hotell med generös frukost. Ett extra plus till den mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående personalen. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell.

The room was very clean and comfy and the breakfast offer was nice. But our thanks go especially to the hotel receptionist who helped us resolve some issues with our trip (totally unrelated to the hotel!!) - he really spend a good time to find information, call and generally navigate through the trouble. Thank you again so much!

Supercentralt hotell. Snygg design, trevlig personal som pratar bra engelska. Toppenfrukost, inte jättestor men med väldigt hög kvalitet. Helnöjd och kan absolut rekommendera.

TOP NOTCH !! From the minute of check in to check out. Very nice and flexible staff in reception. I arrived early and they managed to let me get the room 1 hr early, and I believe also an upgraded room, I had not booked with a balcony but my room was wonderful on 5th floor. Very quitet even though it was facing the street and overlooking the beautiful piazza. The AC was perfect and kept the room cool. Bed was super comfortable. Super clean room. Väldigt fint hotel med bra service, rent och bra läge för sitt pris.

Återigen levererar Hotel Fourviere en mycket vilsam, elegant och bekväm semester. Toppbetyg för tyst och effektiv AC. Restaurangen håller bra kvalitet och att sitta ute under parasoll med deras uppmärksamma personal är en fröjd! En sak med rummet som är bra att känna till, är att toaletten är i ett eget litet rum utan handfat. Badrummet är kaklat och fräscht med stor dusch.

It was a very nice stay. And the ac was very good in 35 degrees Lyon, the only problem we had was that the door was closed and no one answered the phone when we arrived, but it was solved by calling the reception. Very nice hotel

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Florentine and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff who spoke excellent English and made us feel at home throughout our stay.
