“This BnB has several very nice guest rooms on the upper floor and a great common kitchen overlooking beautiful forest in a ravine. Unfortunately, the only room they had available for us was not as nice. The only window looked straight at cars in the driveway and we needed a heater to warm the room. While not very attractive, the room was comfortable and private and had everything we needed. “We were not aware that people & animals were living in the house at the time we made our reservation.Had a woman below us that, verbally threatened us, entered our ‘suite’ twice without invitation & screamed at us for being up late & talking (no security between downstairs & upstairs for us I tied a rope to this door knob to the stairway hand railing so as the door could not be pulled open again, but it was! Also no locking door between shared laundry & our suite used a chair to secure this...
