Kona Hale erbjuder dig Anden i Aloha i en charmig, ren och rymlig 2 sovrum / 2 bad nyckelfärlig reträtt inbäddat i en lugn atmosfär. Välvda tak, keramiska plattor och Koa trägolv, fullt utrustat kök, 3 TV: er, DVD- och CD-spelare, stereo, kabel, wifi, tvättanläggning och parkering på plats kommer att ge din totala semesterupplevelse.

Lokala ägare (40+ år Kona-invånare) delar gärna favorithemliga ö-platser och svarar på alla frågor angående den vackra Big Island. Gästerna kan njuta av en omgång Pool eller Air Hockey på den enorma Lanai med en fantastisk havsutsikt. Kona Hale erbjuder användning av böcker (inklusive flera om Big Island), över 20 favoritbrädspel, boogiebrädor, sandleksaker, snorklar, masker, fenor, badhanddukar och paraply.

Beautiful home. There was a mold issue.

We arrived to find that there was mold on the ceilings through the unit. It’s probably because it’s humid and the unit is closed up with no A/C. If it hadn’t been for that, we would have loved our stay. They refunded the cost of the stay and Verbo (after a lot of bashing of teeth) gave us an additional credit towards alternate accommodations worth 150% of our stay. Obviously being a day of situation, the credit didn’t cover what we were able to find which was about 20 minutes further from Kona. There was nothing available via Verbo but hotels.com had some open bookings. I hope they get the mold issue resolved and run a dehumidifier so it doesn’t get back because it really would have been a perfect place to stay.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay here! I was a little nervous about no AC but being up the mountain it was beautiful. When we lost power for a short time they immediately reached out to us to keep us informed. If I’m ever back on the big island again I will definitely stay here again. My nephew loved our friendly balcony geckos.

This place is amazing. Modern and beautiful. The lanai was amazing. Loved this beautiful place. We could hear the upstairs tenants walking around late at night, but that was minor. It’s like a rainforest getaway with beautiful views.

Everything was great!

Very clean! Perfect size for family of 4 to come back to and rest every evening after going out to explore the island every day. Very convenient to airport. Very relaxing front porch and very well stocked with all our needs. Great selection of beach chairs and swimming gear for us to use while staying as well! Highly, highly, highly recommend this place. Thanks again for helping us make great memories on our first trip to Hawaii!!

Fantastic property!

Beautiful! Very clean, roomy, and inviting. Beds are super comfortable with top notch bedding. The closets are roomy and come with plenty of hangers. Large living area with great furnishings. The kitchen is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sunset. Although beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a little soft-sided cooler are available, chairs are older, one of the umbrellas was broken (which we didn't find out until trying to set it up on the beach), and the cooler was ripped. Boogie boards were great. Still, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful week in Kona!

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time at this property! The morning sunrises, and evening sunsets off the massive deck/porch were unbelievable.We stayed in the lower unit of the two - but didn’t even notice the upstairs neighbors. It was incredibly clean, newly renovated, and well equipped for us to cook dinners in when we weren’t out on the town. Not too far from town, not too far from our favourite beach. The host had also provided a lot of great beach equipment (snorkels, boards, umbrella, chairs) that we used almost on a daily basis.Only regret is that we didn’t book this for our entire trip. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re on the island.

Great Property!

Fit our families needs perfectly! Great view, host was very responsive, and the beach gear was a nice added bonus. We stayed in the lower level, it can get a little noisy depending who’s upstairs, but overall it wasn’t an issue for us.

Spectacular, exceeding all expectations

The unit was very airy, spacious and the view spectacular.No consideration for the experience seemed spared. Location was great, when hot days ran too hot on the coast, escaping to the rental was a fantastic cool down with vibrant sunsets. The kitchen was well supplied, bathroom too. We could not be more pleased.

Très bruyant!

Tout d’abord l’emplacement est bien pour visiter la région ouest de l’île. La décoration est magnifique et la cuisine très bien équipée. La terrasse est fort agréable, la vue est bien. Par contre, attention il y a deux unités. Nous avions celle du bas et nous pouvons vous garantir qu’il n’y a aucune insonorisation dans cet immeuble. Le bruit est très très intense malgré que les gens tentent de faire attention. Nous avons communiquer avec l'hôte, afin de lui faire part de la situation. Elle répond très rapidement, elle s'est excusée et nous a expliqué qu'il y avait des enfants et quand temps normal cela n'était pas autorisé.Donc, vu notre mécontentement elle voulais nous offrir un remboursement et que nous quittions le logement rapidement. Vu notre refus (nous étions la vieille de Noel avec nos enfants) elle a beaucoup insisté pour que nous quittions et nous avons ressenti une énorme pression.De plus, l'équipement de plage est vieux et usé (chaise/parasol).

Beautiful home up the hill

Modern, clean design unit with fabulous views. Watching the sunrise and sunset from a covered deck that runs the whole length of the place is the best part of the house. Kitchen supplies were fine and beds were comfortable. Being up the hill from the coast keeps the place cool without needing a/c or fans. I just wish thee were dimmers on all the lights so it wasn’t so bright at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful and beautiful

Exceeded our expectations

We we overwhelmed when we walked into the property. It was absolutely beautiful. Every detail has been thought out and beyond what one would expect. The apartment was beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The view from the oversized balcony was worth the price of admission alone. Not only did they supply beach towels and chairs, but also umbrellas and even beach toys specifically for kids. There were TV's in both bedrooms - although not sure why one would stay home when they could be out exploring the island. We would highly recommend this property as it was a 5 star stay.
