  • Gorgeous and High end 4 bedroom plus bonus (sleeping) loft home. Located in a prime gated community, sleeps 12. Sleeping cots available if needed. The home has a Tropical landscaped yard, fantastic ocean view from both lanais, central A/C, plunge pool with a water feature, top appliances (sub zero),granite kitchen, beautiful spacious bedrooms, fabulous artwork and only a few steps to Magic Sands Beach. Close to town, restaurants and shopping. Family amenities - a variety of beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and boogie boards, There are also board games, boce ball, volleyball, ping pong table and outside BBQ for family time. Watch whales from the lanai in the spring and dolphins on the shoreline. The sunsets are spectacular and perfect after a day of island adventure. Each bedroom has on-suite full bathrooms. The Master bathroom has a relaxing corner jetted tub to relax after a day in the sun. Each room has a TV and local cable. The family room has a decorative (not playable) baby grand piano, a Bluetooth system to play your favorite music as you enjoy the fully stocked gourmet kitchen.

The property and location is beautiful. There was loads of room for our party of nine, expecially so many bathrooms! We had plenty of towels and things like soap, toilet paper and tissue. Lots of parking for two cars. It is a lovely house and we truly enjoyed our stay.

This property was absolutely stunning. It worked perfectly for 9 of us. It was exactly what we needed whether we were dining out or cooking in. It was also centrally located for the activities we had planned as a lot of the companies were either located in Kona or had pick up spots in the Kona area. Thank you for allowing us to use your lovely home.

Amazing property that fit our family of (10) adults comfortably. Close to town and beach. Well equipped with linens and everything you need to cook your own meals. Communication was good and property manager helpful.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The check in and out were very easy and smooth. The communication with the host was clear and easy. We spend a little over a week for a matriarch's 70th birthday and a family reunion. There were eleven of us. The house is quite spacious with lots of areas to relax with a book or engage with people. What's even more amazing is the outside area, from the beautiful landscaping, to the chic pool, and magnificent ocean views. There is a public beach access, and trust me you want to take advantage of it. If you want a sandy beach is just a 10 min walk away. The coffee farms are just up the mountain , no more than 20 min away in the cloud forest.The house and property were spotless, and the kitchen big enough to accommodate two grandmas cooking at the same time ;) I cannot recommend this stay enough. We had the best time, I am pretty sure so would you! Book it, folks.

Wonderful house for a large family vacation and extras for a beach day such as chairs, balls, toys, etc. Loved having the ocean and town so close. We would definitely come back!

Absolutely loved the home. The home and the view were amazing! The host was outstanding, not only providing everything we needed at the house but provided a lot of local knowledge and information for a very enjoyable vacation.

Everything was even nicer than described. Good location, short walk to magic sands beach, steps to waves and tide pools. House had everything we could ask for; endless towels, sheets, supplies and a fully equipped induction stove kitchen. Two (!) washer dryers, 4ft by 15 ft pool and spacious bedroom. Son list his glasses n the surf, host helped us with deliof new ones from mainland. Hope to come back next year.

The house was plenty large enough for four families. Had much needed baby items and extra cots for the children. The kitchen was well used by us…many cooks. Had almost every kitchen appliance and gadget we needed. The furnishings were like most vacation rentals, a little worn and some stains…but, there was ample seating for our group. We enjoyed the pool daily. There are some pool accessories in the garage. There are also beach chairs. We really needed a beach wagon but there was none. The ping pong table was not usable…the pieces to hold the net were missing. The house is not oceanfront as described. There are other houses between this house and the ocean. We liked the extra security of the gated community. The location and proximity to Kona was great. The gardens around the house were very nice. The house manager was very responsive whee needed.

Amazing estate in Kona

We had a great time celebrating my moms 75th birthday. House was very comfortable for all of us. Has and amazing view and access to the beach. We loved the pool to cool off in. Definitely recommend!
