Detta vackra hem ligger på över ett halvt tunnland mycket omgiven av palmer, frodiga gröna gräsmattor och tropiska blommor med fantastisk utsikt över havet. Bakgård i resortstil med privat pool med vattenfall och en badtunna skapar en avkopplande oas att njuta av när som helst på dagen eller på kvällen och kommer att göra att du vill stanna för evigt.

Somna till ljudet av palmer som raslar och vaknar till att fåglarna kvittrar precis utanför ditt fönster. Köket är välutrustat med apparater, prylar, köksredskap och mycket mer, oavsett om du väljer att bara njuta av en nybryggt kopp Kona-kaffe innan du börjar dina äventyr eller förbereda en hel måltid. Det finns också en grill och massor av utemöbler om du väljer att laga mat och äta medan du njuter av den vackra trädgården.

Många fönster i huset får sval Hawaiian bris, och det finns luftkonditionering under varmare dagar eller fuktiga nätter.

Tre sovrum: kung i befälhavaren, drottningar i de två rummen och en bäddsoffa i stor storlek i vardagsrummet. Ta med de yngsta. Vi har två Pack 'n Plays och en barnvagn. Välfylld med lyxiga sängkläder och gott om handdukar tillsammans med roliga saker som strandstolar, poolleksaker, iskistor och kylare. Parken tvärs över gatan är fantastisk om du väljer att spela boll eller frisbee.

Den 70 tums TV i vardagsrummet är perfekt för att titta på en film eller ett sportevenemang i slutet av dagen, med ett kabelpaket med flera premiumkanaler. Det finns också brädspel, filmer på DVD, tillsammans med gratis wifi och höghastighetsinternet för att strömma dina favoritprogram på Netflix eller Amazon. Telefontjänsten erbjuder gratis samtal i hela USA och Kanada.

Oslagbart läge undangömt i en privat gated community i bergen i Kona med en fem minuters promenad ner en privat väg till Ali'i Drive vilket gör det enkelt att gå eller cykla till Magic Sands Beach Park och Kailua Village inom en radie på 2 mil . Kailua by erbjuder många shopping, restauranger och underhållningsalternativ vid vattnet. Safeway, Walmart, Target, Starbucks och många fler bekvämligheter ligger inom en radie av 4 mil, Costco ligger ungefär 8 kilometer bort och Kona flygplats ligger cirka 11 mil.

Sean is great to work with and communicates promptly. The home has everything you can possibly need and everything is in impeccable shape. We enjoyed the pool and pool toys, the BBQ and all of the snorkeling gear, beach chairs and ice chest too! The neighborhood is beautiful and so peaceful. We will definitely choose Kona House of Palms when returning to the Big Island.

Sitting at home writing this review wishing I could be back at Sean and Anjali house on Kona. Our stay was perfect, the house was perfect! Best rental we’ve ever had on the Big Island! Every amenity you could think of was provided in the house. The house and grounds were gorgeous - well stocked with indoor and outdoor kitchenware, bath & pool towels galore, pool & beach supplies, bug spray lol you name it, they have it! The pool was our favorite place to be. Our two kids (3 and 5) spent endless hours swimming so much so that we will forever have the memory of our 5 year old learning how to swim from the deep end to shallow end all by himself :-) & the sunsets oh how I will miss. There is a beautiful spot on the side of the house to watch it set. Thank you Sean and Anjali for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. Hope to be back sooner than later!

My family and I stayed at this wonderful home for a few days at the start of our trip. It was in the perfect location, spacious, and the pool was perfect for an evening swim after adventuring around the island. They have everything—extra pool towels, beach supplies, and pool toys! The hosts were also super responsive to any questions I had and was so kind to let us have an early check-in AND late check-out, given their calendar. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing vacation

Our whole family agreed that this was the best family vacation we've ever taken and it was in large part due to our stay at this beautiful rental. The property itself is beautiful, safe, and clean. Whenever I arrive to a rental/hotel, I always clean first. This is the first time that I didn't need to clean and that alone is impressive (for me). The owners of this home have truly thought of everything- it felt like a home away from home. The pool was a favorite for my youngest, but it was all wonderful- grilling on the patio, watching a movie in the living room, and being in such a perfect location for everything on the island.I must personally thank Sean and Anjali for sharing their beautiful home with us and for their kind generosity. My husband set the bar high in requesting a birthday surprise for his 40th and he was blown away. Thank you!

Fabulous Getaway!

This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at through VRBO. The gated community was easy to access and central to all of our excursions around the Kona-Kailua area. The property is phenomenal - very clean, and with all of the amenities you would require. The welcome snacks and information was a wonderful surprise for a family with teens and kids.The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable.The highlight was the backyard - private with an unbelievable pool with great lighting and it was where we spent all of our time while at the house.There was also a bunch of toys/equipment that we were able to use at the beach - chairs, umbrellas, bodysurfing boards and snorkel equipment.A experience and we would definitely stay again when we come back.

Couldn’t have found better accommodation

Sean and Anjali’s home is the most ideal property for a visit to Kona if you’re looking for a fully equipped kitchen to cook your own meals, the privacy of having your own pool and hot tub, and proximity to all itineraries on the western part of Big Island. We traveled as a multigenerational family of grandparents, parents, and young kids and every one of us enjoyed our stay. We brought a lot of our own pre-cooked frozen meals so we could focus more on daily outings and adventures. We greatly appreciated that the house was well stocked with everything we needed for beach days and had plenty of towels and accessories/games for a stay with kids. Thank you for hosting us and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fun property with good view

The property has everything you need for a fun filled vacation. Kitchen fully stocked and the house has everything you need. Pool was great. Hot tub relaxing. Decent ocean view considering the location in the neighborhood. The flowers on the property made for a nice photo backdrop and they smelled good too.

Tropical relaxation

The property has everything that a large family needs to enjoy a Kona vacation. Well equipped kitchen, lots of beach supplies, and a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy and relax. The only item that would make the stay even better would be more stable beds in the smaller bedrooms. Two adults sleeping on those beds is a bit wobbly.

Best Kona vacation ever

We could not ask for anything more with our accommodations at the Kona House of Palms. The experience from booking to check out was smooth. All possible needs of a vacationing family, the owners have thought about and made available in the home. The house has plenty of useful stuff from board games, pool toys, rice cooker, and hair straightener… the house has it all. Our hosts have been very prompt and responsive which is a true testament to amazing service. The stove broke on our first night but the hosts made sure this was replaced the next day! The home is a great setting to relax and sit back to enjoy the pool and home cooked meals with family. We will always treasure the happy memories we made at this amazing place.

This property was just as advertised. It was really great. Super super clean!!!!! The patio/pool/hot tub were amazing. Really beautiful and super useful backyard. The lighting setup and fountain were very cool and fun! Fantastic location. Gated community added to feeling of friendliness/exclusivity. Lots of people out walking in neighborhood — everyone waved hello as we drove by. Communication with Sean was exceptional. I would rate this property /experience 100/100.

Highly recommended

Everything about this house was fabulous. The home was spotlessly clean, the furnishings are new, the beds were comfortable (my in-laws even took note of the brand), and the kitchen was well stocked (including a basket of snacks on arrival). We had plenty of space for five adults. The outdoor space is gorgeous and was a family favorite. The pool was warm, clean, and even has a waterfall. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Stay

House was super stocked with chairs, beach mats, boogie board and towels. The pool was fun and we swam in it everyday. There was even a basket on the counter for us filled with snacks! The only negative is before we got in the front door, my wife and children were bit multiple times by mosquitos. Luckily, the property had big spray and candles and the bugs were only bad in the morning and sunset. Otherwise, the bugs were tolerable.

Wonderful house and neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. House inside and outside was delightful. Pool and hot tub were appreciated. Morning walks in the neighborhood and down to the main road below the neighborhood were great. Tips on what to do and where to go from Sean and Anjali were excellent! Looking forward to coming back.
