Vår DIREKTA OCEANFRONT hörn (# 1) har sin egen strand bara 27 steg från Lanai (uteplats). Denna slutenhet (ingen under dig eller ovanför dig) har lagt till privatlivet inklusive ett lugnt gräsbevuxet område. Upplev solnedgångar året runt och låt ljudet av vågorna koppla av dig. Från Lanai, seaside sovrummet, och även övervåningen dusch, njuta av att titta på gröna sköldpaddor bete på klipporna, spinner delfiner hoppa (vanligtvis morgon), och knölvalar bryter eller svansar offshore (under vintern födelse / parning säsong ).

Vi är direkt på en salt- och pepparstrand. Vid norra änden, massor av tidvattensbassänger med critters & petroglyphs. Vid närmare södra änden, vid högvatten om vågorna är lugna, erfarna och passa snorklare (med en kompis, aldrig ensam!) kan hitta en mängd havsliv. Men om en nybörjare och / eller haven är hårdare, är Kahaluu State Beach (bara 5 minuters promenad norr om vår vik) full av havsliv och ett säkrare läge (med skyddande gamla hav och livräddare).

Båda sovrummen har Cal King sängar. Vardagsrummet har en soffa och kärlekssits, 42 "HDTV, DVD / BluRay-spelare, och ljudsystem (med kontakt och USB-portar). Fri hög hastighet WiFi och telefon (lokal, US, Kanada, Mexiko, Kina, och EU). Fullt utrustat kök för enkla eller eleganta måltider. Vi erbjuder massor av extras: schampo och balsam, tvättmedel, diskmedel, badlakan, snorkelutrustning, kylare, boogiebrädor, strandstolar etc. Denna enhet är surfside-nedsänkt med omfattande jalousie fönster som låter havsbrisen och ljuden driva på dig lika lätt som solnedgångar eller moonbeams (takfläktar, ingen luftkonditionering).

Plats: Vårt radhus ligger i Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club, en privat 16 hektar gated community ~ 5 miles söder om centrala Kona. Komplexet erbjuder 3 lyxiga tennisbanor (med tennis pro access), en stor swimmingpool, volleyboll, grillgropar och gasgrillar. Grunderna är frodiga med vackra blommor. Vi är också inom gångavstånd till Kona Country Club för golf (reducerade priser om en Surf & Racquet Club gäst) och Keauhou Shopping Center med livsmedelsbutiker och drogbutiker, restauranger, biograf och en inlämningsklinik ... .plus på På lördag morgon besök deras bondens marknad med lokala råvaror, Kona kaffe, blommor och fisk. Vår plats är bekväm att utforska Big Island eller bara koppla av nära havet!

The townhouse was very well kept. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. The lanai was in our opinion the best spot.

Location can’t be beat

My family had a magical stay here. So close to the beach, a great location with everything we needed, friendly neighbors, the pool was a great option when we (our kids) needed a break from sandy beaches. We really loved it and would definitely come back again!

Me and my buddies couldn't have been happier... this place was in a perfect location and close to everything. The private beach was perfect for our morning coffee walks and for watching the beautiful sunsets.the house was very clean and had pretty much everything you could need for fun in the sun. I would definitely stay here again....

Lanai provided a beautiful view, steps to a nice little beach. BBQ's were close, and not busy. The tide pools nearby were interesting to explore. Shopping center up the hill was handy, with a great shave ice place. Condo was in a great location, we'd definitely stay again.

Quiet townhome in the beach

We loved our week at the house. Everything went smoothly and it was so nice and quiet. The adjacent snorkeling beach park happened to be closed all week for coral sponing, but nearby magic sands was open as were other snorkeling beaches.

Best Place to Stay in the Big Island

This is our 2nd time staying here and it will not be our last. If you are on the Big Island, this is where you want to be. Oceanview from Lanai, Pool and Tennis Courts as well as a great place to stay. There is a Shopping plaza with a grocery store, Movie theater, drug store and a bunch of restaurants all in walking distance. There is a beach footsteps from the townhouse great for watching sunsets and exploring the tide pools. We look forward to staying here on our next trip. Thank you for another amazing stay.

This home is an absolute gem!

There is so much to share about this home! First, the location is incredible - to open the backdoor and feel the ocean breeze was so wonderful! Our family loved looking at the tide pools and seeing reef fish at high tide! We were a short drive from so many amazing beaches and places. The house was fully loaded with everything we needed, including things like a mini beach cooler, snorkels, tennis/pickleball rackets, beach chairs...we didn't need to buy a thing to be very comfortable! We can't wait to come back - this house was a key part of why we loved Kona so much!

Beautiful stay in paradise

We had another great visit to KSRC - our favorite place to stay on the Big Island! We have stayed in a couple of different units here over the years and this is definitely one we would return to. Well maintained, amazing view, close proximity to the little adjacent beach as well as the pool - perfection! Loved laying in bed and watching/listening to the ocean waves. When we needed help with a fan in the unit that wasn't working, the property manager was quick to respond. Definitely recommend. Aloha and Mahalo!

Location, location, location!

We had an amazing stay in this unit in Keauhou, which is away from the tourist bustle of Kona, but close and convenient to everything. Direct access to a nice beach right off the lanai with soothing ocean sounds all day and night. No AC, but we didn’t miss it with all the fans bringing in the ocean breezes. They provide virtually all the amenities, including beach gear for your day adventures. We stopped at Costco on our way from the airport and stocked up to cook for our entire week’s stay and had pretty much all we needed in the kitchen for evening meals on the lanai. Would definitely love to come back!

Great view and short walk to beach

The place had a great ocean front view. The beach was less than 50 yards away, The beach is great for tide pooling and snorkeling, not so much for swimming. The place is does not have A/C. The first night was a little warm, but the remaining nights were cooler.

Overall loved this property. Location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store, on a beach with great tide pool exploring—but also not right in the middle of Kona/tourist congestion. We saw yellow tang, starfish, sea urchins (lots! Beware!) and even a Hawaiian monk seal on the beach outside the townhouse. It was a perfect spot for our family of 4 (kids ages 5 and 8). The grounds of the complex are beautiful and the pool was a short walk. It’s an excellent pool for small kids, with a 1 ft deep area. The house seemed adequately accommodated in the kitchen and there were boogie boards and beach chairs. Only a little glitch in our stay—the planned exterminator coming for their quarterly spray, but we ended up heading to Hilo that day to visit the Volcanos, so all worked out. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location

Very pretty location - great views from the downstairs lanai, main upstairs bedroom and bathroom of the cove where on last day yellow fish surfed the waves in their hundreds - no need for snorkeling! Kitchen fully stocked in a very cute smallish townhouse. No dining room or kitchen bar; only outside lanai patio dining set - bring or buy bug spray for evenings. Daytimes have minimal bugs in December, more at night. Close to Longs and restaurants up the road. Very close to one of best snorkeling beaches in Hawaii.

Great location with spectacular view.

The location of this unit is its best feature. Right on the ocean, we woke up each morning to a great view right from our bed and fell asleep to the sounds of gentle waves each night. The unit is well equipped with everything you could need. Binoculars for whale spotting, we saw two from our lanai, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and coolers. Made our trip very easy. The unit could use a little updating, but definitely serves its purpose. We like to stay on the fringe of the action and this was a great location. Not far from the hustle of Kona, grocery store within a half mile and a great snorkeling beach within walking distance.

Sunset Moonset Spectacular

I look forward to my next visit. A few steps from the lanai and you are on the beach watching yellow tang play in the waves crashing just off shore. If you are lucky, the green sea turtles munch on the moss growing on the lava rocks and play in the tide pools. A short distance up the beach from the resort are heritage sites; a beautiful place to sit and meditate, watch the sun go down, enjoy your morning coffee. This place is not only convenient and a short trolley ride to the heart of downtown Kailua Kona, it has easy access to one of the best snorkel beaches only 1/4 mile walk. You can park your car, relax, and forget what day and time it is. The sunsets on the horizon just outside the window are spectacular. We were fortunate to see a full blood moon set! The sounds of waves crashing is the music you hear as you drift off to sleep. The resort has a nice swimming pool , pickle ball, tennis courts, recreation area, grills so if you decide to never leave the resort and just relax you are at the right place. Just a short walk up the hill is a small shopping center with a grocery store, drug store, restaurants, coffee shop, and more. You will not want to leave!
