  • En vackert anlagd, tyst och en av de nyaste fastigheterna i Kona. Det är ett exklusivt gated community. Det är ett 3 sovrum och 2. 5 badrum radhus med garage. Det är bra för matlagning av gourmetmåltider. Romantisk plats för ett par, eller tillräckligt stor för en familj på 6. Två nya enkelsängar. Alla nya sängkläder och nya handdukar. Den har vackra trägolv i nedre våning och nya mattor på övervåningen. Alla sovrum på övervåningen. Den har ett helt nytt AC-system. Du kan koppla av och sitta ute på lanai och lyssna på havet. Det finns en gemensam pool och gym för din användning. Ligger nära centrum av Kona. Bara 2 minuter (0,6 miles) till Kahalu'u Beach Park (känd för bra snorkling) och bara 8 minuter (1. 8 miles) till Magic Sands Beach. Gör detta till ditt fritidshus. Du kommer säkert att njuta av!

Thank you Melissa for great communication and helpful information. Your quick response to questions was great. The townhouse is beautiful, great view of the ocean, well stocked with whatever you might need while vacationing. Only advice I have is come prepared to relax and enjoy. We will definitely be returning.

The house is even more beautiful in person than pictures!! You can feel the love that the family has for their home. The unit was spotless with plenty of bath towels, kitchen supplies, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and more! The lanai downstairs is a beautiful place to drink your coffee in the morning and eat dinner and watch the sunset. We also loved the upstairs balcony’s view. We watched the sunset up there and even saw whales breaching! Melissa was so easy to communicate with and was very nice. We definitely recommend staying in this beautiful rental!

Amazing Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay at this condo with our family of five. It was very clean, comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen, beach towels and even a cooler for the beach. The community is in a nice quiet location that was safe and very relaxing. We can’t wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located, well appointed and clean accommodation. Our host was gracious and communicated well. The house is well laid out and spaces are generous. All aspects of amenities were perfect! The kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of utensils, bowls, and plates, etc, access to additional towels and plenty of beach towels. It felt like a completed home and not just a place people rent with minimal supplies. The complex is beautiful and easy to access, and the views were beautiful and the perfect place to have coffee every morning. The location is exceptional. Just minutes away from anything you would need. Grocery store and shopping center just above, snorkeling, and Manta Ray excursions minutes away, and a short drive to downtown. The house accommodated six adults comfortably and we would highly recommend.

Amazing Rental

I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one is by far the best ever! While the pictures are great, it’s even better in person. The host has thought of everything and has the whole house labeled well making it easy to locate items. It truly felt like our home away from home. A fabuous property

What a great property! We stayed for a week around the Ironman World Championships event in October. Melissa was a great host, the property was just awesome (modern, clean, well equipped etc), the location great, and there was even half a garage full of water activity gear for us to use. We would 100% stay here again the next time we visit the Big Island!

Everything you need!

We had a wonderful time at this property for our week on the Big Island. View is lovely and location is convenient. A two minute drive to the closest beach (or 15 min walk), shopping center around the corner, and easy access to lots of fun activities in the area. The condo is nicely furnished and equipped for a family to enjoy the beach—chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc. we had four teenagers and two adults and plenty of space to sleep and relax when we were not exploring. The kitchen is also well equipped and we used the grill a few times. We didn’t have any issues, but the owner was easy to contact and left a lot of good recommendations for us. We would stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Ultraman World Championships

This unit was the perfect size and location for our crew. Being south of Kona town is a great location to get to Captain Cook, Black Sands, Volcano, without having to deal with Kona traffic every day. Plus you can just zip up to the edge of Kona if you want to go into town. Also great having one of the best snorkeling beaches just a half mile away! We also used the pool and hot tub every day.

Everything you'd expect from your Hawaii vacation and more!

This is truly one stop shopping. If you're considering a trip to the big island, this is your place to stay. It's comfortable, clean, and close to everything. Melissa was excellent and answered questions timely. She also provided a detailed book about what to do while on island (eating, beaches, snorkeling). If we are fortunate enough to go back, this is where we'll stay again! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!
