“Small and cosy house just by the river. Lovely.”

“We’ve stayed at Bluebird many times and always love coming back. The location is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is generally clean and welcoming. Our only concern during this stay was finding pet hair throughout the bedding. We appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly, but we still expect the bed to be thoroughly cleaned and free of hair from previous guests’ pets. Traveling with our young baby made this especially concerning and uncomfortable. We love this hotel and hope...

“The lodge was so comfortable and in a beautiful location. Our room was lovely”

“Honestly the cutest little cottage, but also not so little. Ample room and such a cute neighborhood. Can’t wait to go back .”

“The place was easy to find, plenty of parking, close to town. The room was clean and had all the basics. Using the codes to get in the main door and then the room was easy. Communication was good via the app. Great shower. The newer wall heater worked well, the bed was comfortable. The price was great! We went to the restaurant in the morning for coffee and the waitress was amazing. We definitely would stay again and next time make plans to eat at the restaurant.”

“Not good”

“Beautiful and peaceful and harmonious.”

“Wonderful apt, warmly recommend for a short or even long visit in Big Bear! Most cosy bead i haved in a hotels apt.”

“great, cute and cozy!”

“Great stay in arrowhead! Cozy and up to date. Room was clean. Parking is tight but it’s a great stay! :)”

“Very pet friendly and in a nice off -the-beaten -track setting. The house functions well and was well supplied. The only negative was the outdoor furniture: chairs were rickety and one was broken so we couldn't eat outside. And no umbrella for daytime enjoyment.”

“Beautiful property that was as described. Vicki was super friendly hand helpful leading up to my stay. Had a restful night and my pup enjoyed it as well”
