“早餐品項不多, 但乾淨營養, 整體還可以。附件沒什麼餐廳跟商店, 吃飯購物還是要去約10-15分車城外的AEON 1選擇才會多。大部分員工都很客氣親切, 樂於解決客戶問題, 但check out 時遇到一個員工, 態度隨便不積極, 如果沒問就不打算給我invoice, 真是離譜！”

“Our stay at Velea was fantastic. The building is only 2 years old, very modern, with continual maintenance as it shows no signs of wear like many places do. Pool and Gym facilities are on point. The staff always make a big difference, the staff at Velea were amazing. Chhean provided exceptional service, ensuring any requests were promptly followed up, and being just truly friendly and enthusiastic to assist , we appreciated him very much. Don't hesitate if you are looking for accommodation...

“When we got there the airconditioning was dripping on the bed. The drainage was blocked with algae. The crockery was dirty with soup stains. The two pots were burned beyond help. Only two small towels were provided, no hand towels or kitchen towel. The mattress protector was disgusting and they took it away when they changed the bed by turning it around. The bedsheets are fake, not cotton. Overall a bad experience and we do not recommend staying here. The management simply stopped communicating...
