âI thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you couldâve easily taken a standup shower. The staff was very helpful and always got us what we needed and asked for.

âThey have generous amenities you get to choose in the lobby such as hair mask, bath salt, face steamer, hair iron etc. All staff were very pleasant. Itâs next to the Totsuka station and walkable to many shops but once you step in the hotel, itâs very quiet. Under bed storage space was helpful to keep my two large suitcases out of the way. â

âThe Prince Park Tower Tokyo was absolutely magnificent. Everything, from the warm welcome to the fantastic breakfast (we tried both the Japanese and the Western and as we had it in our room a rolling table was delivered at our selected time) was astonishing but what baffled us the most was the impeccable service we received from everyone at the hotel.
This is clearly a hotel where the management knows how to run a successful operation.

âThe self check-in is not practical since there is always a staff member standing next to you anyway.
When the aircon started there was a smell of urine in the room.
I asked the staff if I could leave my bags upon checkout and was grudgingly pointed in the direction of a self service luggage system which would not work for either me or the Japanese speaking guests who tried to use it. We were ignored by the staff and I eventually left with my bags to find a deposit locker elsewhere.

"Bra hotel med trevlig utsikt mot Tokyo Tower, nÀra tunnelbanan och taxi stod alltid redo utanför. Frukosten va dÄlig och oorganiserad. Vi Ät pÄ sushirestaurangen som fanns och den var riktigt bra.
