Due to the work they were having on the hotel drinks were available for free and they had some lovely reading areas and reception lounge. I asked the staff if I could leave my bags upon checkout and was grudgingly pointed in the direction of a self service luggage system which would not work for either me or the Japanese speaking guests who tried to use it. We were ignored by the staff and I eventually left with my bags to find a deposit locker elsewhere.

The room service was perfect and offered more service than all other luxury hotels that we’ve used. The food was always perfect. As a coffee lover, I appreciated the quality of coffee in the room and the French press. All was excellent and a 10/10.”

"The hotel is amazing, don’t have anything negative to say. I’ve been traveling a lot and this is one of the nicest ones with comfortable bed, great staff, it’s clean, it was the best one we were at when we stayed in Tokyo, we stayed at 3 different hotels in Tokyo during our stay and if I’d know how great this was even if it’s not as central in Tokyo, it would be well worth taking the train to reach all the places we went to anyway. I recommend this hotel very much and the view from the balcony was amazing!"
