“Very friendly staff who did the outmost to give the best service during our three night stay.
I lost my wallet my very first hour in Tokyo on our way walking down to Shibuya. With help from the staff from the hotel and Google translate we called the police and reported my wallet lost. Within 1 hour and 15 minutes the wallet was back in my hand and everything was still in there. This sunshine story says a lot about both the hotel staff and about the Japanese people and society.

“I have no complaints about my stay here. The bed was super comfortable and it didn’t make any noise when moving around/going to the bathroom or alike.
Also, the bar is a perfect place to meet new people, as it is a cafe, lunch place, bar with happy hour etc.
The best thing was however the staff - so helpful and genuine. They helped you to their fullest ability even if you’ve got many requests.
A plus is also that it is walking distance to the main center of Shibuya, which is a vibrant part of...

Hotellet ligger nära station vilket bra om man vill använda tågen till att åka till historiska platser inom Kyoto och åka för att uppleva vacker natur.”

“Plenty of space with a good layout clean and quiet. Love the beds, they were really comfortable. Great with fridge, kettle and microwave. It had everything for eating in and cooking if you want.
Very convenient with the laundry machine and the bathroom functioning as a drying room.
I liked the area as well since it was close to the station and just a general nice area to walk around in.
Great information from the landlord in advance. I wish there was a hardcopy of the instructions and...

"I really enjoed my stay here. The sauna is excellent (I'd I'm Finnish so I have high standards!) and the showers are clean. The locker room is a biut too tiny and it gets easily crowded. Location is great, just one station from Shibuya. If you are taller than 1,70 this probably isn't the best choice for you since it's made fro short, japanese people and it may not be confortable. I slept really well. "
