“Very friendly staff who did the outmost to give the best service during our three night stay.
I lost my wallet my very first hour in Tokyo on our way walking down to Shibuya. With help from the staff from the hotel and Google translate we called the police and reported my wallet lost. Within 1 hour and 15 minutes the wallet was back in my hand and everything was still in there. This sunshine story says a lot about both the hotel staff and about the Japanese people and society.

“This a great apartment for a family of 4. the space is tight since it is optimized for bed. But the plus of having a washer and a kitchen is a huge plus. We could travel light knowing that we could wash clothes. The apartment is very clean and well maintained with enough towels and napkins for us. “The property was exactly what we needed for our two week stay in Japan! We were left alone and weren’t bothered. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment however we found it didn’t dry our clothes very well. However there is within walking distance a laundry mat that was super easy to use and get to. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a cheaper stay and a little less touristy to get emerged into Japan. ”
