- Guests may cancel outside of fourteen (14) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.

**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):**
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.

** Please note that as of September 1, 2025, Kapalua Resort's two golf courses in Maui will close for at least 60 days due to drought and irrigation restrictions. The closure aims to restore the severely stressed turf, particularly on the Plantation Course, home to the PGA Tour's Sentry Tournament. Water restrictions were recently eased, but the prior total cutoff caused significant damage.
