Slice of paradise
Our entire family loved this place. The amenities were great. We went snorkeling in the lagoon and saw a sea turtle and lots of fish. The condo was spacious and clean with everything we needed. We made dinner on the bbq a few night which was nice after a long day of adventures. The beach towels, cart and chairs came in handy

Beautiful Ko Olina
The Beach Villa property was beautiful and located along a gorgeous shoreline. We found several good restaurants a short walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. Our only comment regarding the unit was a slow drain in the master bath. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great location steps from the ocean
Great property with pools and steps to the sand and lagoon! Good property to enjoy the ocean with kids and casual swimmers. Nice selection of beach chairs, floats and sand toys. Unit is as described with nice beds and linens. Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation
If you want a beautiful, magical, peaceful place in paradise then look no further! Our family waited a full year to go on vacation and all the planning and waiting was well worth it! From the amazing condo to the service provided, this was the most wonderful experience of our lives!!!!! We loved it so much we are planning to go back same time next year! Family Time
This place has everything you need to cook any meal. Also it has everything you need to fully enjoy the beach. It is a great location to walk for coffee in the morning and dinner at night and top it off with ice cream. Fun to feed the fish at the pond twice a day and enjoy music at the outdoor bar in the evening.

Best trip ever!! August 5-12
This was our first time visiting Hawai’i and it did not disappoint! We were absolutely blown away by the cleanliness and beauty of our Ko Olina condo and surrounding property! The most disappointing part was the day we had to say goodbye. We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend the beach villas. Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful!! ❤️

I have stayed several times at Beach Villas Ko Olina at different properties. Thu's property has been the most comfortable. Excellent location, fully furnished, and instructions are laid out just in case you have any questions. A contact person is listed if you have any issues during your stay. Fabulous!
My husband and I brought our daughter and her boyfriend here for a week to celebrate their college graduation. We were impressed with the size of the condo as well as the lanai, where we ate breakfast every morning overlooking the pool. Everything was clean, up to date and beautifully decorated. We had zero issues while we were there, so I can’t speak to the responsiveness of the owner or staff, but I can tell you that we were warmly greeted by Shane upon our arrival. The complex is quiet, the lagoon had beautiful fish and even a turtle to see, and we were about a 1/2 mile walk to the Marriott, Aluani, and Island Country Market for restaurants, food and sundries. We loved it so much we are already thinking about when we can plan our next visit!

Awesome stay in Ko Olina
We had a stay in this fantastic condo and resort in early January. The condo exceeded our expectations and was excellent in every way. Had everything we needed, basic pantry items, laundry and dishwasher supplies, and beach supplies. The beach chairs and little wagon were great for make it easy to go to the beach. The resort was immaculate! Everything seemed to be perfectly in it’s place and clean all the time. The pools were excellent and were never crowded(never had a problem getting a chair when we went). The lagoon beach was a very good swimming spot(very good for small children as water was usually very calm). It was our first stay in the Ko Olina area and it could not have been better. It had all the amenities you could need but you felt like you were away from the crowd of Waikiki, for us it made for a more relaxing vacation.

Beautiful and relaxing
The condo was exactly what our family needed. Everything we needed to enjoy the beaches and the pool were available in the unit. The rooms were large and we had plenty of space for a family of 6. And because if the way the unit faced, We oversaw the pool, had a view if the ocean, and the lanai was always in the shade. The property was well kept and the staff was friendly. The only negative was that the parking space was in the other building, so it's a little bit of a walk. But the parking is underground, so the car is secure and always cool.

Awesome stay!
Great location, and spacious and beautiful accommodations that fit our needs perfectly! We used the provided beach chairs, cooler and beach towels every day!! We unfortunately could not use our personal paddleboards that we brought with us in the resort coves - they will only let you use ones you rent from the resort there, but we used them every else we went so it was all good :) We would definitely stay again!!

It was a great vacation for us. The rental unit had some deficiencies that were quickly fixed- plugged drainage in the master bathroom/ shower, falling kitchen cupboard door and towel holder in the master bathroom. Location and amenities of the complex weee good.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this property and are already planning how we can come back here later in the year. The property is so well maintained, staff are helpful. Thu’s condo is very well stocked with all the basics. They even had beach toys that we could take with us. They offer a starter kit of soaps, body washes, toilet paper etc. we ended up buying some more in target nearby.

Magic in KoOlina
Very easy to communicate with owner and property mgrs. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, hard to explain the magic and beauty of this place. All the property employees were helpful and friendly. The condo is amazing too- the doors on the patio open up all the way so you have an open air patio/ kitchen living room. This is an amazing place. The only thing I can say is the view of the ocean is limited but you have a wonderful view of the lap pool.

Great stay!
We had a great stay! We were greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival and was given a tour of the unit. Very spacious, had plenty of amenities within the unit, and very clean. The location is great for all ages, esp younger kids as the lagoon had calm waters and plenty of space to spread out on the beach. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

The perfect place for a family trip to Oahu!!!
We had a great time in our stay at this property. We'd definitely plan to stay here again on another trip. The owner was very responsive to questions and provided a lot of great information before we arrived so we felt well prepared and informed. The place was fantastic for our family. The staff at was efficient and friendly at check in. The room was clean and had everything we needed for cooking meals or even beach chairs and mats for trip to the beach. The outdoor table on the patio is the perfect spot to have some coffee or breakfast to start your day. The rooms all have plenty of space and a great open layout. Way better than staying in a tiny hotel room! It's the ideal resort location as you have access to multiple pools and hot tubs, a tiki bar, and a very short walk to the ocean lagoon. It's also short walk to some small convenience stores for anything you need or a coffee shop. If you plan to do a Luau, the Paradise Cove is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive up the street. Weather on this side of the island in October was perfect as it tends to be a bit drier on the leeward side. It was also a great place to travel all over Oahu without always getting caught in traffic. We had such a great time! Would definitely give this place 5 stars. Exceptional!
No need to look at other options, book this place! This is my second time staying at the Beach Villas and there is no disappointment. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Condo is clean and well stocked with everything you need. Love the pools and access to Lagoon 2 (much more quiet than neighboring lagoons). Close to restaurants and groceries. Great Getaway
Day of checkin was smooth. It took a little time to orient ourselves because we were new to the place. Front desk workers were very friendly and easy to talk to. Directions they provided on paper and verbal were easy to understand and read. They provided all the info we needed to checkin. In the room they also had a binder that was helpful for immediate reference to basic questions, house rules, maps, important phone numbers. I enjoyed not being on a high floor. It was great to be close to the lap pool. My kids and I swam in the pool daily and it was nice to be able to see how busy it was. The host is very helpful and upon booking provided helpful information of what to expect during our stay and for convenient checkin and checkout. Grounds were very nice and clean. The bar on the grounds had live music on respective days which was nice to watch. Workers practice social distance protocols and enforced them as well. The suite was clean I had no complaints. Had ample dishware and supplies. Host had many toys and beach gear such as beach chairs and goggles. I appreciated the washer and dryer in the suite. Overall really good stay!!! My family and I will come back again. Thanks so much!

Always a nice stay at Ko Onlina
This was my family's second time staying at the beach villas. The staff are always very nice and willing to assist in any way possible. It seems they are more strict than they were last time. No paddle boards are allowed in the cove. No umbrellas are allowed on the beach. They have "beach police" patrolling to let you know if you're doing something against the rules, which was weird. The biggest disappointment for us was the rule about visitors. I have family that live on the island, and they were not allowed to visit our condo or stay for dinner because our family already met the limit for the condo. My sister would wait an hour to park in the small beach parking lot just to hang with us a couple hours on the beach. The unit we stayed in had a couple issues, but hopefully they will be resolved quickly. Overall, we had a good time.

Beautiful unit; just like the photos
We really enjoyed staying in this unit at the Ko'olina Beach Villas. The Ko'olina resort area is very relaxing and easy to get around. The two swimming pools were open for all guests. No reservations required during Covid-19. We also enjoyed exploring the other nearby lagoons. The unit itself was just like the online photos, very clean, and well-stocked. We had two adults and two children working and schooling during the week. We had a couple issues with the wifi, but it worked after we re-booted. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation a this property. The condo was lovely and very comfortable. The building and pools are very pretty and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Lynn, the property manager, was so helpful with our questions and easily accessible. The beaches and sunsets were gorgeous and we can't wait to return!

Perfect beach resort getaway
Our family just enjoyed 8 blissful days at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. The resort is impeccably maintained and very well planned out. Hugh end finishes throughout the property, beautiful koi ponds and landscaping. The swimming pools and amenities were top notch! We also really enjoyed grilling beachfront and watching the sunset over dinner al fresco. The unit was sparkling clean and just as advertised. Had everything we needed and more (tons of beach gear and toys for little ones). The beaches at Ko Olina and the pools at the resort are really great for kids and toddlers, but all the adults had a blast as well! Thank you, Hope to come back soon :-)

Again Again!
The condo was amazing! Very spacious and loved that the bedrooms were removed from the main living space. This allowed for rest and relaxation for all. The property was immaculate and well managed. Ko Olina itself feels secluded but at the same time it’s a few minute drive to everything including Costco. The kitchen is well equipped and I was even able to cook our usual Thanksgiving meal here. We absolutely loved this place and highly recommend it!

Classic Beach Villas condo overlooking quiet pool.
We've stayed in several Ocean Tower condo's at KoOlina Beach Villa's. OT424 overlooks the quiet pool with a slight view of the ocean. Like all Beach Villa condo's, this condo is nicely appointed with comfortable beds and higher end linens. Lie most vacation rentals, you won't find a sharp knife in the kitchen to cut your pineapple. The owner and property manager were very friendly and provided great service. We would recommend rentitgis lovely condo.
