The gourmet kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, is a culinary enthusiast's dream. Whether preparing a family meal or a quick snack, the kitchen offers everything you need to cook and dine in style. The inviting living room provides a relaxing space to gather and enjoy the villa's stunning surroundings.

Designed for comfort and style, this villa with two bedrooms feature a king bed and two twin beds (convertible into a king). Along with a queen pull-out sofa, this vacation rental accommodates up to six guests with ease.

Ko Olina Beach Villas offers a secure and serene environment. The building has modern amenities like elevators, free high-speed internet access, air conditioning, ceiling fans, flatscreen HDTVs, and luxurious linens. The convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer helps make your stay hassle-free.

Located on the sunny side of Oahu, guests can enjoy the many amenities of Ko Olina Resort, including golf, the marina, beach lagoons, luaus, restaurants, shows, and more. The community boasts spectacular pools, including a heated lap pool, tropical lagoon pools, a sand-bottom pool, and whirlpools.

Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure at Ko Olina Beach Villas B506 by Gather. From leisurely walks along the four lagoons to swimming with sea turtles and snorkeling with colorful fish, this villa offers endless opportunities to create unforgettable memories.

Please note that your unit has 1 complimentary compact-sized parking space, and any additional vehicles will require a one-time fee of $25.00. Oversized vehicles have a one-time fee of $50.00. All additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note: A scheduled lanai repair will be underway to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the property. There will be limited access to the lanai, between the dates of March 26 to 29, 2024. The work is estimated to take between 4-6 hours and every effort will be made to minimize disruption. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve your experience.

Excellent property and location. The booking and check in process went smoothly. The unit is well equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach. We did have a minor issue that was remedied almost instantly. Make sure you give yourself extra time to dry your clothes as the dryer takes a very long time. Over all great experience

Home is equipped with everything you need (although I would suggest washing furniture pillows- they are dirty and stained). The rest was great. Unit has spectacular views, amazing location, easy access and very comfortable beds and pillows. Managing company was easy to deal with and very accommodating when our flight was canceled. Not only did they allow us to do late check out they also were able to give us an extra night, so we did not have to search for another apartment

We loved our stay at the Beach Villa's - our unit and view were fabulous. A few things in the unit are a little dated but that did not disrupt our stay. We had a couple of minor issues that Jason with Ola Properties took care of immediately. We would use Ola Properties again and stay at the Beach Villa's. Mahalo until next time.

This villa was excellent, clean, had a great view of the sunsets, located on ko Olina lagoon that was perfect with no waves, excellent for kids and us. The villa had great views of the sunsets and the staff at the property was super nice. The management company rep who greeted us was super sweet. We couldn’t have had a better time at the villa and this beach front location.

Our 2b/2ba unit was perfect for our family if 4. The look Arte lanai was perfect for all our meals. We had our groceries delivered via Instacart. Kitchen was well outfitted and there were enough trash bags and soap for our week stay. Fantastic view of the lagoon with easy kid friendly snorkeling. Disney 4seasons and Marriott are all a quick walk for dinners. We also walked over to the marina for our catamaran sail. We did not get a car. And walked only. Super relaxing vacation.

We rented this villa for a group trip, and it was more than amazing. The view from our deck was outstanding. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The unit came with beach toys (so great as we had kids with us), chairs and other beach amenities. Very helpful. The kitchen had all we needed and towels, etc we're well stocked. The resort was beautiful and pool area and pool bar we're the perfect hangout place! Walking distance to the ABC store, restaurants and golf. We will be back for sure!!!

This condo was ideally situated for our family. Coffee on the lanai, watching the light change and the ocean as the sun rose, followed by mornings in the pool, lunch on the lanai in the shade, afternoons at the beach, and then dinner on the lanai as the sun set. The condo was clean and the bath tubs were huge!

Our stay at the beach Villas was great. My family and I loved the location in KoOlena. The lagoon was so much fun to swim in. The Villa was very clean and well taken care of. Thank you for a great Hawaiian Vacation.

4 friends enjoyed our stay at the condo over New Years 2020. The condo was super clean but there was no antibacterial soap provided. We loved the patio and it's furniture (super comfortable) and enjoyed most meals outside. We did a lot of exploring of Oahu daily and looking at our activities, this might not have been the most convenient location if you're planning on running around a lot. We loved the neighborhood though (very luxurious), the area restaurants were great, the beach here is super kid friendly (no waves), the sunsets were great, and the pool was beautiful (but full of kids if you're not into that kind of thing). Nearby beaches to the north were fun as well. We had a couple maintenance issues but they were quick to respond and fix them. Only things we would add to the condo would be: a cooler to take to the beach, a newer smart TV would be nice for streaming/mirroring, 1 or 2 more large bowls/containers with lids, throw pillows and blankets on the couch. The check in process isn't "automated" and we felt bad making the manager wait for us after a long wait at the car rental place at the airport. I suppose that's their prerogative to have that system though and for what we paid to stay here, we shouldn't have felt bad.
