All Staff members at the front desk are helpful at check in and in aiding with suggestions to restaurants or anything else that one desires. "Absolutely stunning place. The staff are very helpful and patient. The room was supposed to be in the wing but we ended up in the main building in a beautiful room. The breakfast buffet was more like lunch or at the very least a big brunch. There aren't any maps of the building so we had to ask for help to even get out of the hotel. The pool area is worth visiting, even if you don't want to swim. They had lighter, less expensive food, drinks, deserts and for those who need it I noticed there is a smoking area in the pool lounge. Felt safe due to security controls on every person who entered the building.The whole experience was really memorable and one of a kind."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times before and they are always nice, attentive and accommodating. Same this time. However, there were two things that brought down the rating this time. One was that I was given room 2 0 8 which is right next to the Metro building. I asked straight away if it would be disturbing at night. Oh no was the answer. In mid night I was woken up by the noise due to the Metro building and it continued for a few hours. The next day I was allowed to change rooms and they upgraded me to the suite free of charge. Which of course was nicely done! But they should never have sold room I got at first. The other thing that happened was that I barely had time to land before I had a scam message saying that my payment had not gone through. All my booking details were in the scam message. I have contacted the hotel about this but have not even received a response. Sad because I actually like this hotel but the fact that they do not take the fact that they were hacked seriously made me book another hotel next trip."

"Fantastiskt fint hotell med stor fin pool, gym, rena och fina rum, mycket trevlig personal, god mat. Mycket hjälpsam "conciergedesk" som kunde fixa läkare, hämta mediciner, mm. Att förbättra: organisationen i frukostserveringen: Att lyckas beställa te/ kaffe så att man fick det i tid var nästan omöjligt/ samma sak vid önskan om påfyllning. Men otroligt trevliga var alla!"
