You'll love to stay in this luxury secluded and newly built three-bedroom villa.

It's fully equipped with all amenities you could possibly need for a perfect holiday.

It has a beautiful sea view overlooking the Kastela bay from the South side, and from the North side there's also a beautiful mountain view.

It's cooled with two powerful air-condition units, one on the ground floor and second on the first floor. All windows and doors have anti-mosquito nets.

Pool is heated and have electrolysis, inside and outside jacuzzi and outside kitchen with grill.

We also have 2500 m2 private garden, air-conditioned private gym and spacious children playground, all exclusively yours to use.

Children playground has a trampoline, children swings, badminton net, racket and football nets and a ball.

Villa is fenced and has shaded parking spot for five cars.

Living room has a large smart LED TV with cable channels and cozy sofa, which can be used as a bed for two people.

Two bedrooms have comfortable double bed and also have exit to a large balcony with the sea view.

Third bedroom has two cozy single beds.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, and is ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has a shower, and also have a separate toilet, washing machine and hair dryer.

You also get iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels and high-speed Wi-Fi, all free of charge.

Baby cot and high chair can also be arranged for free, please contact in advance.

**** The Neighbourhood:

Villa is located 5 km above the center of Kastel Stari, in a quiet spot.

Also, you’re just few minutes drive to the main road from where you can easily get to Split and Trogir.

That makes it ideal place for a relaxed holiday with peaceful spot still very close to all tourist spots nearby.



**** House rules:

This is a smoke-free villa.

Smoking inside is not allowed, but outside you can smoke.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything and leave the house tidy.

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.

We strongly reccommend you come with a car as there's no public transport nearby.

You can order taxi to a villa such as Uber etc.
