“Hotel was an older property, in a quiet part of Lihue. Room was in reasonable condition, the room was clean but showed some of the age of the property but don't think that is an easy fix and was part of the charm. The room fridge was very helpful, as was the small amount of utensils provided. All the staff were very friendly and kind. Was able to store luggage prior to check-in and after check-out which was a big help. The coffee available was good and an added bonus. Parking was limited but...

“The Outrigger is currently going through renovations but it didn't take away from the rest of our experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Beautiful scenery, right on the beach. We got a first floor room and moved because the shower was handicap accessible and hard to use and the back sliding door did not close. Once we got into our new room the next day it was much better. Parking was a bit difficult.”
