Studio sleeps up to 5 (one queen-size bed, one full-size futon sofa bed, and a single blow-up mattress), has 1 bathroom with shower and kitchen with refrigerator, convection oven, stovetop burner, coffee maker, blender, and all necessary kitchen cooking/eating utensils. Rental also includes a dual washer/dryer unit, clothes drying rack, armoire for hanging clothes, outdoor BBQ, outdoor patio seating and eating table for 4, fiber optic high-speed internet, smart TV, yoga mat, umbrellas and other essentials. Outdoor storage shed has 4 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrella, coolers, boogie board, 4 adult snorkel sets/2 child snorkel sets, volleyball, and beach toys that can be used by guests of the rental. Studio has a private entrance, parking spot for 2 vehicles, and 180 degree views of the 3 acre property and Koi fish pond from the patio. Pond area has 4 chairs, bistro table for 2 with umbrella, and 2 lounge chairs with umbrella for guests to use. This guest house is conveniently located 15 minutes south of Hilo and 10 minutes between the small towns of Keaau and Pahoa. There is also a grocery store and farmer’s market within 5 minutes of the rental.
