Zoey’s ride from the airport was not only on time but so very informative. Every one of her recommendations was a hit! Finally, Alex and TJ’s airport shuttle featured a ride past the beach front for one last look. Thanks for the perfect vacation!”

“The condo was very nice. The photos didn’t lie. When I asked Rent KW about what type of appliances where in the condo they couldn’t answer me. Also the communication at check in was awful. The Rent KW agenthad no patience with my question about the code to get in the door. She told me to read my email and hung up. I didn’t get an email. When I tried to call back they wouldn’t answer. My wife had to call on her phone so they wouldn’t recognize the number. ”

“Rick and his team were very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with everything within walking distance. There is live music across the street. Ana's cafe is next door you can get a delightful breakfast and delicious coffee. The Southernmost point is close and you can see the water from the front deck. Duval street is close so it isnt a far walk to enjoy a good time. ”

“This was the BEST place to stay in KW! My husband and I spent our honeymoon here and wow! It is perfect distance to everything, so private and so clean! We will definitely be coming back!”

“The communication from the Rick was at a rapid response. Really pleased with how accommodating he was to make everything comfortable and easy. You could not get a better location and it was very easy to quickly disconnect from the activity outside with this cozy little cottage. The only thing I felt bad about was my children loved to go in and out of the door and I feel it may have disrupted the other guest next door and we apologized upon our departure as he heard us leaving early morning!”
