Required charter payments are to be processed within 7 days of booking. Guests canceling more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date may choose a refund or rain check in lieu of a refund. Guests that wish to cancel within 60 days of their scheduled arrival date are given a rain check. Rain check's are redeemable one full calendar year from date of the scheduled charter. Due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, mechanical issues, etc.); We will issue a raincheck. If these unforeseen circumstances cause there to be a modification to your scheduled charter time/day during your stay, you are still required to go on the charter or take a rain check.

    Unfortunately this stay was very disappointing. The marina was awesome. Tessa was awesome. The boat itself was disgusting. The pictures are very deceiving. What you see is not what you get.

    Not charming at all! Door had been broken into. No security. Smells of mold and mildew. Stains on carpet, commercial rug torn. Cracked windshield. Look ran down. Host wouldn't refund us said because we wouldn't let him repair things. None of it could be done in a couple of hours. Pictures must have been taken years ago. Not docked by resort. I have a claim against the host as of right now. Stayed at the Pierhouse Resort down in Key West proper. Fabulous place to stay clean, safe and less expensive. Also not enough air-conditioners to cool the place down. Host 5 air conditioners only 3 and fans! Place was a hot mess!

    BEWARE! Not a “gem”

    Paid in full, boat was /per night. Was asked to pay additional 1,000 on the way to FL, even tho my receipt states I paid for “additional guest” already. NOT a 4 bedroom. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Bunk beds are for children, sofa bed in main cabin area - zero privacy. Toilets FULL from previous guests, had to be emptied mid week, my guests were sick, smell was awful. Fridge went out Wednesday, not repaired… 300 of groceries down the drain! Speaking of drains, kitchen sink and bow shower would not drain. Fuses kept blowing, boat hull full of water, inches from reaching electric sockets. Electrical cords were submerged! We did not feel safe. Marina & hotel pool/restaurants were fantastic!! Tessa, our local contact was a sweetheart. She needs a huge raise. She did her best to remedy our issues, but that boat is beyond repair.

    We left early

    Unfortunately, we had to leave early. The portable AC units could not keep the temperature below 84 The fumes are so strong in the large bedroom and gave several of us a headache and the kitchen sink required plunging to use it. I let the owner know that we departed early and gave these reasons, he still has not acknowledged the communication, 5 days later.

    We stayed in April 2025.Mgr met us to explained how things work.He quickly took care of issues & recommend local spots.Found it cluttered with fans, air duct, ext.cords, nav equip.There is very strong smell of engine oil (like mechanic garage).They have air fresheners all over-4 in 1 bathroom!There are panels in the floor w/metal trim.Corners are lifting in kitchen & bath (cut your sock/foot).It rained & hatch over the Queen room leaked on bed and counter.He covered hatch with a rug.The breaker flipped 1 night -guy fixed.Amenities are there, but not ones in ad.There is a grill, not one pictured. 2 couches in the Salon (1 is futon & other has broken arm).No nautical theme.Photo with the Queen room (blue blanket & curtains) is current.Bathrooms are misleading.The Capt.bath shares the shower with the Guest bath.There are toilets & sinks on either side of the shower.The VBerth bath is a shower only.So, there are 2 toilets, 2 showers and 3 hand sinks on this boat.We found candy under the mattress & alcohol in room drawers.The bow has a small foldable table, more for kids/small adults.As stated in other review, the door does not lock.The Marina has gated entry, but anyone from hotel or Marina has access to area.The boat with fans & A/C are loud, so anyone could get on or off & not be heard.We used the amenities at the Marina.There are bigger showers, coffee til 8am, laundry, 2 pools, chairs and fire pit.The property photos need to be updated.Not a “luxury”, not even comfortable.

    Manage your expectations

    This is a cool old boat in an amazing location. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The beds are comfy and the ACs are adequate but noisy. What brings the rating down is the overall condition of the boat. The ad describes this as a 'vintage luxury yacht'. It may have been luxurious in the 1970s but now seems worn out, marginally maintained and cluttered. The host knew a couch was broken but left it in place. The doors can't be locked from the outside. There are signs in the bathroom instructing guests to not flush any toilet paper but place it in the trash. The shower and kitchen sink drains are slow enough to make using them challenging. If you are over 6 ft. tall or 200 lbs. you will have difficulties. It is recommended to use the bathhouse at the marina for bathroom purposes. Luckily they are clean as the Perry marina is great. There are pools, nice restaurants and laundry. The hotel shuttle offers hourly trips to the old town. For a non-boat person looking for a unique experience I still recommend staying a few nights. If you are a boat person you would have a better idea of what you're getting into as this is not like one of the more modern floating apartments elsewhere in the area.

    Great stay!

    Was just a teaser initial trip to Key West but staying on the water was awesome! Beautiful views and great amenities. Kevin and Captain Philip were great throughout the whole process including great local recommendations! One thing to note, if you are 6’ plus, will need to watch your head and the steps downstairs require concentration. As a shorter person (barely 5’!) it all worked perfectly for me! Look forward to staying again and taking the boat out next time!

    Fun Classic Charter and Stay

    Owner communication was great and Master Suite was very comfortable. AC worked great, boat has lot of bathroom space! Our charter to see the sunset was spectacular with such a great kind crew that did a professional job. Our stay overall was verand will book again on our next trip

    Great booking

    Great Stay in Key West. Owner communication was very good during booking. Beds were comfortable, AC units worked great, boat is very accommodating! During our charter to the reef the crew was very skilled and professional. Our stay overall was very nice and will book again on our next trip.
