âWe loved this meticulously restored to its 1800s splendor--think Haussmann Parisian high ceilings and large French windows--with exquisite Egyptian antiques yet all modern conveniences (en suite bathrooms, air conditioning etc). Atmosphere is completed by being met each morning by elderly woman maitre d' in flawless French. High on 5th floor down a pedestrianized side street, no Cairo traffic noise to disturb you.

âAbbas truly is incredible and made my trip to Egypt even more enjoyable. The location is somewhat hidden so it was nice to be away from the busy streets and the rooftop was also a nice perk as well.â

âI'm thoroughly impressed with this property's prime location! Despite the language barrier, I had no trouble directing local taxis.
The nearby bus stations made traveling to other parts of the country a breeze. Plus, having the Bank of Egypt right across the road was super convenient for withdrawing cash or exchanging currency.
The staff's kindness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

âNice Islamic style hostel at a good location suitable for who like to stay beside the famous old Cairo mosques and close to city center .

âI did have a problem the first day and by contacting Mrs Marwa at the management office she did all she can and mor to make sure I am satisfied and my House keeping staff and the supervisor Fifi is great and efficient . I like to thank all of them and I will be back . â

âI never leave bad reviews, but I had to say, this was the most horrible stay I ever had and ever will have in Cairo!
The rooms arenât cleaned at all before your check in!!! The tiles and carpets had dust and dirt everywhere! Never vacuumed! The beddings were dirty and had hairs everywhere on top. The towels were stained and had cigarette butt burn holes. The pillows & mattress were bouncy and unstable, I kept feeling Iâd fall off the bed! And on top of all this, the neighborhood had some sort...
