“Chambre calme”

“客室やシャワー室は清潔、部屋は広くて快適でした。スタッフもフレンドリーで、朝食提供を忘れられたりもしましたが、そこはご愛嬌。 オススメできる宿です。”

“The place was excellent—very beautiful, very clean, spacious, and comfortable—and located close to central Cairo. Excellent place around a mall and supermarket, very nice and beautiful. However, the problem was the language barrier; you really need to speak Arabic, as they never replied to my emails, and all communication took place over the phone. “Personal var trevliga. Jag beställer fel rum och vill byter rum som vi önskade. Bra service. ”

“The room has no internet, bathroom was leaking, we have to use the wiper there was no warm water in the bathroom .Internet only worked in the lobby. There was no kettle and no fridge in our room. Unfortunately we trusted Expedia for rating but it was not true. We paid the premium price. On the good side their breakfast was good, coffee was available in the lobby and the receptionist was helpful.”

“スタッフの対応はとても良かったです”

“I did not like that you can only use the Hotel WiFi at the front desk area. You do not have access to the Hotel's WiFi in your room. Everything else is good”
