June Stay

Excellent ground floor unit which allowed us to walk out on the lawn, beach whenever we desired. The unit was clean and updated. We would highly recommend.

Family time

Awesome time in Maui

Loved the location and easy access to the ocean, quiet, convenient to all things in the area. 3 generations in 2 bedroom was cozy, but doable and we had a wonderful time.

Views

Overall it was a great vacation. I little disappointed the pool was closed most of our stay, we never got to use it once. The views are absolutely beautiful!

Nice view but needs new cleaning staff

When I arrived there was hair (long hair, I have short hair so definitely not mine) in both showers, dust balls of hair on the floor and hair all over both beds. When I removed the sheets to wash them, not what you want to do first thing during your vacation, both mattress protectors had stains of who knows what on them. I left a message and they did send someone out that night, who wound up buying new sheets and threw away the mattress protector. The response I recieved however wasn't a profuse apology I was told "they take photos after every cleaning".... Clearly not great photos as I took several. There was also a cigarette on the lania. Next morning I woke up to ants inside the new unopened box of muffins I had purchased so I had to go buy ziplock bags so to put all my chips and other items in, again no apology I was told it's an island... Well, I go to Hawaii 2x a year and have never had an issue anywhere else I've stayed. Then to top it off the first night both my kids took a shower in the guest bathroom and they complained that it didn't drain, mind you they completely rinsed off in the outside shower prior to getting into this one. The second night my son couldn't even finish his shower because it was going to overflow so he used the spray nosel to spray the drain and tons of sand came out. They did have someome come check it and their response was to blame me because it wasn't draining. Again all I received was a condescending message and no apology.

Great location and great place for a family vacation!!

Definitely coming back to this place when we come back to visit Hawaii once again! Property was right in front of the ocean and can walk there less than 30 seconds. My parents loved this place and said it was way better than resort we stayed in Honolulu. Host was very responsive and helpful with any requests and questions we had.

Beautiful views

The property was clean and the view of the ocean was beautiful. We were pretty skeptical about the entrance as you needed to enter through a parking lot. The surrounding area was less than appealing as the surrounding area was a little run down. We ended up just sitting in the backyard and enjoying the nice view of the ocean.

Perfect location and great access to the beach.

Great location, we got to see the turtles every morning. Comfortable beds. And was nicely decorated. Wasn’t very clean, stuff still left in the fridge, was disappointed when I noticed the floors weren’t swept and rug was not vacuumed. I cleaned up and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Loved staying here.

My girlfriend and I stayed with another couple and could not have been happier with the condo. Great location in Kihei steps to the beach pool and a short ride to all local conveniences. I definitely will stay again the future and would recommend it to anyone.

On the Beach!

This was the perfect location! Directly on the beach! We had a wonderful stay. The unit is clean, and large enough for our family to stay comfortably. The unit also had items like coolers, chairs, and beach umbrella that were helpful.

Great timr

Very nice stay! Loved the turtles and turtle patrol in the adjacent lagoon. Nice beach for walking, not a superb beach but very nice. We had a beach view and watched whales every morning and the sunset most evenings. Centrally located in Kihei! Overall awesome!!!

Overall it was good. The location is great. We enjoyed sitting on the patio to eat and to watch sunsets. The condo itself needs some work. The bed in the back bedroom is awful and that shower does not drain well. The rug in the living room was very dirty. When we arrived there was only 1 roll of toilet paper to share between 2 bathrooms which was not an easy task. The towels for the bathrooms were thread bare and need to be replaced. I know these are minor problems and hopefully they have been addressed. Overall it was a great vacation for us.

Best of Everything

Great location, wonderful views of ocean and whales, kitchen had lots of utensils and pans, loved full size fridge and plenty of ice trays. Beds were comfy, although one mattress had a crunchy sound whenever one moved on it. Really loved the place

Great property!

Wow! What a view from this condo and being on the ground floor is now an absolute must for our future travels. There was never an issue with parking or noise. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you may possibly need. The full size fridge/freezer was great for the family and allowed us to cook many of our meals. My only complaint was that the place wasnt very clean when we got there and could use a good deep clean. My daughter is crawling and after 30 minutes her knees and tops of feet were black. We found the vacuum and may and cleaned ourself, but that's not what I would expect to do our first day. Other than that, it was the perfect place to stay!

Christmas in Maui

We stayed here over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The rental was clean, had lots of touches to make it comfortable and homey for my family that includes a toddler and two young boys. We had a great time, never felt cramped, and used so many of the kitchen implements—it was very well-stocked. We especially loved using the lanai and grass lawn just beyond. We would stay here again on a future visit.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!!!

Lovely property, fantastic location! Close to grocery stores and markets/malls restaurants, food trucks, ocean activities! Wonderful view of those unforgettable Maui sunsets! Great access to lots of beach!! Pool was great! Bbq Great!! Comfortable beds, everything you need in a kitchen and great living and dining space to have people over for games!! OH and I LOVED the beach towels provided (fantastic microfiber ones!! _ now i have been on a hunt everywhere for them!!).... When my son walked into the unit he said "now this is what i am talking about!!" BEAUTIFUL property! Easy check in and check out, payment process and very quick communication from Dan!! Thank you soooo much, would definitely come back and stay again! Meighan, Jason and Jack My mom was staying in a different unit during our stay but plans on booking this one when she comes back next year!!

Best location

This is the best location in the condominium. We visited the two small beaches a few steps away, and had a close encounter with a sea turtle. Our beds were comfortable and we eased into Hawaii time in the most lovely way.
