Med utsikt över den vackert välskötta tropiska innergården med utsikt över det lysande blå havet tvärs över gatan, har denna eleganta lägenhet uppdaterats noggrant till andra hemstandarder av en mycket speciell ägare. Denna rymliga lägenhet ligger i den föredragna byggnaden 2 på andra våningen i det högt rankade Kamaole Sands, och rymmer upp till fyra gäster i fullständig stil och komfort, med sitt andra badrum och fullt utrustat kök.

Kamaole Sands ligger tvärs över gatan från den vackra Kamaole III Beach Park, med simning med varmt vatten, ett pulserande snorkelrev och en skyddad sandstrand. Promenera strandlinjen från Kam 3 för miles längs södra Maui-stränderna, förbi Wailea-orterna.

Alla bekvämligheter och bekvämligheter har förväntats och behandlats i denna obefläckade, vackert underhållna och luftkonditionerade enhet. Den glittrande poolen är den största resortpoolen i södra Kihei, och det rymliga däckområdet nyligen återupptogs. Det finns också en dedikerad poolpool för barn och två badtunnor (endast för vuxna), ett gym, vackert underhållna tennisbanor (med låntagare), gott om gasgrill och en 24-timmarsreception.

Promenad från enheten till stranden är ungefär två minuter, från tröskeln till gyllene sand. Det finns ett dussin restauranger inom några kvarter promenad, tillsammans med kafé, uthyrning av redskap (kajaker, stand-up paddelbrädor, surfbrädor), hälsokostbutik och bekvämlighetsmarknader. Anläggningen ligger framför och mitt i Kiheis soltäckta strandkultur.

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. So close to so much. Kitchen had all that we needed. Was so glad for a 2nd bathroom while travelling with a teenage girl! The condo came with a lot of beach chairs, a wagon to haul them with and a couple of beach towels. There were also some toys and flippers for the littles. The complex was so well maintained. Beautiful!We had amazing communication with all involved. The only negative I have is the cushions on the wicker furniture. Very thin and not the most comfortable.I would highly recommend this unit.Thank you!!

This is our third time at Kamaole Sands, and where I always recommend friends book. This condo was an excellent location. Great views and easy to get to the beach and the pool. The condo itself was clean had lots of supplies in the kitchen for cooking. I loved the extra chairs and beach gear in the outside closet. Check in process was very easy and I had never used the concierge service at the pool, which worked out perfect. We rented boogie boards for a very reasonable price for the week and they were so easy to return before we left. The check-in with the rental agency was excellent. Perfect communication and directions as well as timely emails when it was close to checkout. This was a very comfortable place to stay with lots of amenities and would highly recommend.

Good location, nice pool setup. Very old original air conditioners. Living room unit had to be on non-stop or it got too hot. Bedroom portable got room cold but was too noisy to have on when sleeping. Otherwise adequate but unit far less updated than two others family were in.

Our family stay in this condo was lovely. The checkin and checkout was easy with clear instructions. Communication with our hosts was excellent. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good and the view very lovely for early morning and evenings sitting on the lanai. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. We appreciated the great location!

We love staying at Kamaole Sands! Condo 2-204 was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The rental company was very quick to respond to our few questions. All we had to do was relax and enjoy beautiful Maui!

Overall this a good condo in a great location within the Kamaole Sands complex. Some of the main positives are the location right across the street from Kam 3 beach and short drive to all south Maui beaches. The grounds at Kamaole Sands are very well kept and this condo has a nice view from building 2. The kitchen in the condo is very nice and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the TV and cable package in the unit including bedroom TV. Some of the negatives with the unit are the pull out couch has very little support and needs to be replaced (we ended up just putting our 2 kids on the floor was more comfortable for them. This unit has one of the smaller lanais and the 2 chairs are very uncomfortable (there are some beach chairs however which we used most days and appreciated). The other issue was the main AC unit in the condo is on a manual shutoff timer you need to keep resetting. Wasn’t a huge deal but woke up a couple days pretty warm in the unit. Last minor annoyance is the wifi doesn’t work in the bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and with a little maintenance and some replaced furniture this would be a 5-star condo I would recommend.

We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and looking at the peaceful and manicured landscaping. Many other properties had to look at parking lots, but this development was well planned so all units look at the landscaping. The unit was quiet and well stocked with all appliances needed to have a fun vacation. We could never hear any neighbors so that was a plus.

Maui is our second home and we choose to stay Kamaole Sands each time because of the pretty and cleanliness of the grounds. The room was very nice and the view was perfect !

Condo was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with with cooking utensils and accessories. They had beach chairs and umbrellas to use and a variety of ice chests. The TV had several good movie channels like Netflix and Amazon Prime. The condo was a very short walk to the beach. I would definitely rent form them again. The only negative was the air conditioner in the bedroom worked well but was a bit noisy. It didn't bother me but I could see it would bother some people

This place looks just like the pictures! It has all of the amenities one would need. Great location for all activities. It was just a short walk to the beaches and places to shop and eat. Centrally located for all other activities of hiking and checking out other beaches on the west and south side of Maui. The complex was well maintained and very clean. We would definitely stay here again

As advertised! Great communication with the management company made check in super easy. The unit was spotless upon arrival. It was also well supplied with anything you need from the kitchen, to the bathrooms and all the beach gear you need is right there. Location is great and a short walk to restaurants and shops and close to Wailea. The view from the balcony is great and we enjoyed the sunsets from there. The grounds of the property were nice and well maintained. We would recommend this place as we would definitely stay there in the future!

Condo was in a great location across from Kamaole 3 beach-great for swimming, snorkeling, body-surfing and manned with very active lifeguards. Grounds are meticulous and the views from the lanai are amazing. The unit was recently remodeled and it is very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed during our 11 day stay. Plenty of beach gear provided, which was a plus! Our only disappointment was the unit was not as clean as we're accustomed to with other vacation rentals. We notified the mgmt company and they were quick to work with us and resolve the issue. I would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed 7 nights in this absolutely perfect, ocean-view, Kamaole Sands condo. Thank you Jerry and Dorothy for hosting such a clean, pristine unit. The interior custom upgrades are exact as the listing shows, quality touches throughout, newer washer and dryer, closet full of beach supplies, comfortable king-size bed, extra linens, pillows, towels, beach towels. A gourmet kitchen and all the utensils a chef could need. Extra blenders, toaster, coffee pots, etc. The weather all week in June was high 80s, so the separate air conditioner in BOTH the living room and the bedroom made the time spent indoors cool and comfortable. There really weren't any negatives at all. My teenage daughter and I both enjoyed the access to the pools, hot tub, surrounding grounds and beach only steps away. We will rent here again, hopefully same week, next year. So much fun!
