“This is a very nice townhouse. Nice furnishings, good towels & sheets, well appointed kitchen, good location. HOWEVER: Long black hairs in both tubs . . . Long black hairs on the tile floor . . . Long black hairs in the bed . . . This is the second time we’ve stayed and immediately upon check in we had to find the vacuum and clean up the long black hairs throughout. Otherwise, it’s a nice place.”

“Very nice place, clean and fairly new construction. Maser has 2 doubles so we stayed in a regular room to have a king bed. Might have been a bit of an issue if more than just 2 of us staying, but it all worked out fine! Will try to rent again next time in town.”

“I will start by saying, i had two very small things that I let the host know about and they were very gracious about noting for future reference. The place was "as advertised". Clean and cozy. Decorated tastefully. The beds in both bedrooms were huge and comfy! In the living room is a huge pull out sofa bed, we did not use or need. I'm very familiar with Tyler but for those not, its convenient to everything! Plenty of food and shopping! Just down the street is a huge outdoor mall with tons of...

“My family, including my mother and her brothers and families are very opinionated. They all loved the place. We stayed here for a funeral for their oldest brother. This house was large enough for all of us to gather in one place. This is a very large house and will sleep way more than they list if you have kids. We didn't use 2/3rds of this place. Highly recommended.”

The Christmas lights on the oil derricks made the night skyline more special. Precious was very accommodating with any questions or requests we had.
